Lauterbach Buick-GMC

We bought a vehicle from them over the weekend. They are just so wonderful and explained everything we needed to know. We got the price we wanted and the finance was also perfect. On top of that, we got a great car!

I bought a vehicle from them yesterday. They were very helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend.

The dealership is great, however the service manager is a jerk. I took my car in that I bought from them with extended warranty. The check engine light was on had the manager read the code, it was a fuel tripturbine, and I asked if it was covered he said he didn't know. I asked how would this get fixed he seemed annoyed and said it's just a code and the service tech would let me know how it's fixed and if it's covered. He couldn't tell me how long it would be to be fixed or if I could get a loaner car. He was cold and rude and seemed annoyed by my questions and couldn't even get me in until the following week for a simple diagnostic. I called another Buick dealership and they were 3 times more helpful than this xxxxx.

They had the car I was interested in ready to test when I got there. I was allowed to test it right away and look at another to compare. They made a great offer for my trade, and the whole transaction was one of the smoothest I've ever encountered.

Just purchased a 2024 Envista and the buying experience was great. Everyone was friendly and did not pressure us into purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend Lauterbach and will purchase from them again in the future.

The only place to buy. Third vehicle from here. Had issues with other vehicles, everything was taken care of. Honest, trustworthy dealership. Doug Cupples is great to work with. Will definitely be going back.

Just purchased a 2023 GMC Terrain from Lauterbach dealership in Newton Iowa. The staff was great as usual! ( have bought several cars there) I looked at the car on the internet and when I got there the one I I chose was parked out front and warming up for my test drive ! Brian is the best salesman and Joe is great in the finance dept. As always I was greeted by Dean Lauterbach , owner. I totally recommend this dealership for all your automotive needs!

I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite a while. Had to been to a larger dealership out of town and was not treated well. Went in to see Doug to test drive a GMC Terrain. There was never any pressure nor did I feel like I was wasting his time. Came back the next day and decided on a Terrain, the process was the easiest I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend Doug and the Lauterbach team when buying a vehicle!
