Hyundai Elantra GT 2015

I bought my Hyundai from this place with 8 miles on it. I took my vehicle for repair 2 weeks ago needless to say my car still is not fixed. This place is the worse I have ever experienced. I will never purchase another vehicle from here nor will I refer anyone to them. The service department knows nothing about vehicles they just want to make a dollar. I went to them for one thing then they want to tell me other things that could have been wrong with the vehicle so me being a woman listened and my vehicle still is not fixed. When they said your vehicle is ready and I went to pick it up and proceeded to get on the highway and travel to Texas to visit my son in law who just graduated Airforce Basic Training and now in Tec school for Security Forces the car broke down and we could not go and we ended up losing money on the hotels that we had booked. It has been a NIGHTMARE so I got a loaner from them Saturday May 22,2021 and today they tell me my car is messed up because I put a part on it from Oriellys and since it was not a manufacture part it caused my catalytic converter to mess up. I have never in my life heard this before but I am so over it. I will be picking up my car today that has been in their shop for one week now and it still is not fix. The GM Greg called me and told me to bring the loaner back and that me not having means of transportation was his business. Do not ever listen to Johnathan that works in the service department he knows ABSOLUTELY Nothing about vehicles.

Salesman, Tony, was very patient and helpful, and he was very knowledgeable. Buying process was made easier by Todd in the business office. He was thorough, kind, and patient. These two men were great ambassadors for Team One and Hyundai.


Great Customer Service

Repaired my warranty issue quickly and without hassle! Very courteous and explained repairs in detail. The car was ready when promised. Top notch Service department.


Car Owner

The repair experience and the quality of repairs, thus far, were good. However, setting up the appointment via, what I’m fairly certain was, an off-site call center was not great. The reception on the other end of the call was very bad, and, as a result, the person on the other end scheduled the wrong vehicle for repair. The repair tech at the dealership took care of it, though, and I was in and out more quickly than expected.


Great friendly service with my problem fixed!

The service tech explained what needed to be done to my car and made recommendations to me. He wasn't pushy. Car was fixed in the time frame specified.
