Pulled into the dealership to look at new vehicles in the

Pulled into the dealership to look at new vehicles in the pouring rain. We were driving the lot looking at vehicles. Jeffrey came out in the rain, greeted us, introduced himself, and invited us to wait inside while he drove the vehicles to the covered area for us to inspect. We test drove a few vehicles and with Jeffrey's assistance we drove home a new vehicle. Jeffrey is great to work with. Team One Hyundai of Gadsden is very accommodating and the employees we met are very nice. Love our new vehicle!

The Team One staff walked us through the entire process

WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET!

WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET! B E W A R E!!! Did not honor our extended warranty and reported we were the 3rd owner of the vehicle. The vehicle was sold to us as a one owner (their office manager.) We took it back soon after purchasing, reporting massive oil consumption, and the ignorant and rude service manager advised that was normal for our car and refused an oil consumption test. As I attempted to merge on I-20 last week, the car would not accelerate and I was missed by a few inches of an eighteen wheeler with dual trailers. Good ole team none said to bring it in. They offered a loner since we had an extended warrant and later called back to say it was the catalytic converter (my husband had already made them aware of the issue) and it would cost nearly $5,000 to replace since we were the 3rd or 4th owner….the female, Kristy, service writer, was ignorant, rude, and beyond unprofessional, challenging my husband who was been a master technician for 40 years. Filed a complaint even though she laughed and said we would be laughed out of the service manager’s office for attempting to ask them to honor our warranty since we weren’t the only owner. First, Hyundai has had hundreds of thousands of issues with the Hyundai turban we have, secondly, WE DID TAKE IT BACK RIGHT AFTER PURCHASING BUT ODDLY, they “DON’T have a record of it nor our purchasing oil filters that very day from them. We have our receipt from that day thankfully. We have purchased many cars over the years, but would never recommend anyone to their dealership or Hyundai even. They are dishonest, deceptive, unprofessional and obviously ignorant. Although it will unfortunately require legal action, who has time for that headache when all we asked for was them to honor the extended agreement we purchased. So I buy car from them, purchase extended warranty for thousands, their car is faulty, they refuse to fix AND CHARGE A DIAGNOSTIC FEE…and my husband told them the issue…so you tell me, would you trust your loved one to drive a vehicle that requires massive oil consumption to operate; at some point (sooner than it should), require the converter to be replaced…if I had wrecked that day, because of their known, FAULTY, issue, do you think they would be so arrogant, rude, and dishonest??????? B e w a r e!!!!!!
