Sold me a truck with a heavily rusted frame. Denied any return or adjustment. Not his problem. Truck went to the junk yard after five months of limited use. I am left with no vehicle. I was told by three independent mechanics the truck was not safe to drive and the frame rusting was too extensive too repair. Dealership denied, denied, denied.

the owner of the place attitude is nasty and they dont really care about the customer what they really want is just your money I trade a car for what I thought was something better turn out to costing almost 4k in less then 5 months of getting the car

If you want to make a mistake and waste thousands of dollars but your car here!!! I have had this car since July, it is the first week in November. Every mechanic I have taken this car to has wondered why it was even sold to me in this condition. So far Ive replaced the headlights, the ignition coil, spark plugs, along with coils and filters (tune up) which was NEVER done in the car and it has over 120k miles. Ive replaced the battery, the EGR valve, the water pump, the waterpump pulley, the thermostat, the serpentine belt along with the belt tensioner, brakes along with the brake shims. These were not things I had a choice on fixing, these are things Ive had to fix just to keep it running and on the road. I was promised this car would pass a state inspection, and guess what? It didnt. I was told the check engine light would be off because they would resolve the problem, all they did was clear the light. The problem was very much so still there. Im STILL not finished with repairs on this car. I still need a wheel alignment, I need to fix 2 cracks in the windshield, the rear window wiper motor and driver’s side window motor need to be replaced, and Im unsure of the current problem but the car’s engine overheats every time I drive it, possibly a radiator. Ive spent more money repairing this car than I did on this car. If you want a car that will only drive off the lot and to your house buy it at McDarby’s. If you need reliable transportation and cannot afford to buy a car here and pay the same if not more in repairs then do NOT shop here. The owner and manager are both rude and arrogant. After they get your money they dont want you to speak with the owner because he doesnt want to deal with your complaints, even though he sold you a piece of crap car for thousands...your hard earned money! The warranty is absolutely useless. The cars they are selling are pieces of trash that were never taken care of by original owners, that were never worked on once they got to this lot, and sat on the lot for days, weeks, months until some poor sucker signs the title. Purchasing this car I knew there would be certain things I would have to work on by buying it in its condition, the visible things. The headlights that were filled with water, the window motor, and the windshield cracks. Also the random little dings. I was fine with replacing those things because I wanted this car and I knew I could still drive it with those issues. I am not a mechanic. I cannot visually inspect the mechanics of a car. I wish that I could because I wouldve never stepped foot onto this lot, but unfortunately I cannot and I was suckered into buying a car that has done nothing but stress me out. Its prevented me from going to school which I pay for, and even going to work. You dont have to believe me or my warnings, but I will gladly show you my engine overheating during a 10 minute drive. I will gladly show you all of the parts replaced. You will regret purchasing a car from this place if you do. Nothing here is worth more than $100 with the amount of work you’ll have to do! Im posting this as many places as I can to warn people!! Stay FAR away

Bought a car there nothing but issues May the owner is horrible with getting anything fixed. They offer you a warranty that means nothing. And when I confronted him on it he walked out like a baby!!!!

I needed a brake fluid flush. Service was completed in the time frame I was told, and a great price too! Plus my car was cleaner after the service than when I came in :) Thanks so much McDarby Motors !
