This visit was for miner body repair work.

This visit was for miner body repair work. The staff was very professional, timely work, helpful, answered my questions promptly. It was an experience not commonly seen at other dealerships.

I bought a warranty and my battery went bad before the

I bought a warranty and my battery went bad before the warranty expired. I bought it from Willis. I had an Acura, but I wasn?t aware of the warranty not working at Willis. I?ve been a loyal customer of Betts Cadillac, for 30 years before it was bought by Willis and beyond. To make a long story short, I had to travel over to Accra and get things done. Willis, said they cannot help me. I was so disappointed in the customer service. I will learn about buying, warranties not only from Willis now, but from wherever I buy my vehicles from for now on. loyalty means a lot to me, and I felt as I was loyal to them, but for the first time did not receive that back. Since they changed responsibilities from the father to the sons, things have really changed, and I feel as though the customer service is not there anymore , it really saddens me. I pray that they get better and that society and politics does not ruin their company and I will keep them in my prayers.

Service was done quickly and I was kept informed as to

Service was done quickly and I was kept informed as to any changes that were having to be made. I declined the tire rotation which had not been noted on tge service order , when I got my bill I noticed that there was a $15 charge for tire rotation. It was immediately removed from my bill and an apology given for not indicating my earlier request.on the service order.
