I worked with Ryan Gilmore from the internet sales team. He was professional, courteous, and willing to negotiate on reasonable terms. The dealership... was four hours away, and he was always willing, and prompt in his replies when asked for additional pictures or details about the vehicle being purchased, Vehicle was used and in great condition, exactly as described in the vehicle listing Ryan had all of the paperwork ready to go when we arrived making that part of the process simple and quick.

Thank you Adam and Jake for working so hard with my XT5 and it's pulling to the right issues. After having the car on the frontend machine a total of... 4 times you come up with a solution that seemed to be the best we could be. As you know we had the XT5 on A frontend machine a total of 7 times. 3 times at Lauterbach Buick in Newton with no improvement and then 4 times on your machine there at Willis's. At Willis's you did at least improve on the drivability of the car but on long drives - we worked on the car for over 4000 miles this included 3 trips to Minnesota and with these trips the drive was less then pleasant. Found if I stayed in the left lane on the interstate the car would not pull as drastically to the right. Adams team check out struts linkage a frames rack and pinion even changed some things trying to get this car to drive correctly. At long last they turned in a tech report on it for support. With the information supplied the tech specialist come back with a condition normal answer. What I ended up doing was taking the car to Merrill Axle and Wheel in downtown DesMoines. They made some adjustment with both the front and rear wheels that has now solved the problem totally. My XT5 now drives straight and true on any road.
