Service Advisor-Dylan does an excellent job each time we are at Willis Auto Campus. He always makes sure our Cadillac?s service is taken care of in a timely matter and so kind to us. He is a outstanding asset to the Cadillac service department.

This was my first time purchasing from Willis. So when discussing the vehicle, I appreciated how respectful and down to earth the Sales team was. I felt heard and we were ultimately able to come to an agreement that left me very satisfied. Lastly, working with the Finance team and the other advisors it was just an enjoyable experience overall. I would come back again. Thanks Willis!

2018 Jeep Compass in Olive Green

Today I bought my first car! 2018 Jeep Compass in Olive Green? I thought it was time for a SUV with 4WD, but I didn't want a really big car. Found the perfect one that's the perfect size. I love it! It drives so smoothly and it's extremely easy and simple to operate. Everyone at Willis Automotive was so kind and helpful. However special shout out to Brandon Williams, our salesman for being the best salesman in the history of salesmen! He made this process so easy, and he was super kind and helpful! Michael O'Leary, our finance manager explained all the paperwork so well before we signed anything, it made that process easy and speedy. Last but not least Eddie Granados for walking me through all the bells and whistles on how everything works and getting my phone, and everything synced so I was road ready. ??????????'s all the way! A lovely family-owned business and I would HIGHLY recommend them for all car purchases whether used or new ?

Kurt Moon

We had an excellent experience with DeeNee, Chris and Eddie. Jena also took good care of us while we waited. The whole process was very thorough and Eddie showed us new technology features we had not experienced with our previous Cadillacs.

Issac at Infiniti Service

Issac was Great. He got my car serviced and even found a new wheel to replace a recently damaged one on my car. Everything went smoothly and had my car back that afternoon. He was excellent to work with and Willis is lucky to have him at Infiniti.

first, they said that they want to sell the car locally,

first, they said that they want to sell the car locally, made me wait on the the line and made me feel that i was bothering them. then after a 10 minute hold, they said that car was sold without further details given. i was ready to buy... why bother advertising on a national site?

Todd Lee (Sales), Clay (Finance) both really made my entire dealership experience hassle free. Willis Auto was great when I had my Cadillac; switching over to buying a Lexus has started on the same level. Very nice. Even the overall vibe of this place stands apart from all the other dealers. A level of professionalism that other dealers are missing. Highly recommend Willis Auto.
