I enjoy my experience working with Willis Auto. My positive experience started when I called in to ask a few questions about the truck I ended purchasing. The lady on the other end answered my questions and set the appointment with Trent Tipton. When I showed up to the appointment a little late, Trent was working with another guest. Adam greeted me let me know what was going on and got me the keys. I did my walk around and liked the truck and took it for a test drive. When I got back I was introduced to Trent and we sat down to discuss the deal. Between Trent and Adam we resolved an issue that I had found in the online ad and made a deal. They discussed finance options but I had already had my financing taken care of. They did not try to force a bunch of products I don?t see value in like another dealership I have worked with in Des Moines.Trent and Adam have both followed up with a text to ensure I was happy and if I had any questions. I had sold Cars for 6 years and felt they treated me the way I tried to treat each one of my customers. Good luck Trent on your new Career.

The repair was done well, looked great.
The repair was done well, looked great. They were also able to get the splash guards I had ordered put on all in less time that stated. The loaner car was new.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed and SUV
I had an appointment to get my oil changed and SUV detailed. They said they didn't have a driver to pick it up so I needed to drop off and get loaner car. When I got there I didn't have updated insurance information so refused to give me a loaner car. I said that I had an appointment to get to so I would just have to leave and go elsewhere. They said fine and then sent me this survey so yep, not impressed.

Worst buying experience ever in 30 years & 11
Worst buying experience ever in 30 years & 11 trades-Salesman couldn’t answer my questions, didn’t know how to advocate for both parties for a fair deal, didn’t get any demonstration of car features. He said he had another client waiting. Would not recommend trading here.Very disappointed that I made a 3 1/2 hour trip .

Onstar did check & tire pressures were off.
Onstar did check & tire pressures were off. Just had service May 22. Otherwise service was fine, don't see any form to tell me tire wear since had tires rotated.
