Jeremy was great to work with!
Jeremy was great to work with! He went above and beyond what I would expect of a salesperson. I wanted a black Palisade and he helped me put one on hold and was great about getting me updates about when it would be in. With having two kiddos he even delivered my car to me at my house so I did not have to drag them to the dealership. Even after the sale was complete, he's been great at answering questions and helping me figure anything out I might need to do! I would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Working with Izzo was very easy. He offered good advice and was very accommodating and provided good information on cost, timing, fees and financing options. The car we wanted was not available right away, so we pre-ordered it, and it arrived sooner than expected. Very happy with overall experience.

"Tom Miller said the Federal Trade Commission needs to do more to prevent surprise fees, unneeded add-on products, and confusing disclosures during financing. Miller's office said it received 516 auto-related complaints last year. That's the highest number of complaints of any group their office received." Terrible service also. I called to schedule 1 of my free services and the gal told me a date about 4 months out. (For an oil change) made me buy some anti theft system also. Total scam artists. I wonder how many of the attorney general's complaints are on Screw Hansen's. I got my 1st service in Springfield Mo. Reliable Hyundai. Great service manage who walked me through my Palisade's options. I can't drive 500 miles every time I need A serve though. Might be trading in. My salesman new the need I had for a vehicle and took full advantage. They seem to have taken down my 1st review also. Stay away at all cost.

No customer service.
They said they don't repair recalls anymore because their service center is under renovation and told me I had to go to another Hyundai dealership. Since I have purchased 5 new Hyundais and 3 used ones in the past. Guess what I will will go somewhere else.
