I am a long time customer of Toyota Avondale and just recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from this dealership. I initially came to have some work done on my existing vehicle and crossed paths with Kimie Stewart who greeted me in passing. Little did I know Kimie would become my sales rep. Not only did he go above and beyond as a sales person, but as an individual with my best intrest at heart. I left the lot with a vehicle we both felt was the best for me. Kimie has a great personality and it was a pleasure working with him.

I don't know where to begin. BIG SHOUT OUT TO LORENZO LONGORIA!!! What an amazing salesman. The minute we pulled into the lot of Avondale Toyota, there was no one rushing to our car which was nice. We took our time getting out and as we started walking up to the showroom a young lady introduced herself and asked how she could help. That's when Lorenzo came out and introduce himself. What normally would have be a dreaded all day field trip to the car dealer ended up being a pleasant 2 1/2 tops experience. Lorenzo was the ONLY person that help us out through our entire visit from start to end. We were not passed from one person to another including the financing part of the deal. Lorenzo was very easy to talk to never pushed us towards other vehicles. He is a very nice guy that puts all his attention on you and your wants. Requested info on a 4Runner prior to purchasing. They were very responsive but not pushy. As we get closer to purchasing I will definitely consider this dealer.

The staff at Avondale Toyota Scion are the best of the best in the car sales industry, and also every other employee there was very attentive,helpful, and willing to make you feel right at home. Class, Respect, and hard working for their clientele. Now to Phil Williams Jr. this super respectful, courteous, hard working individual gets 10 STARS in my book. He went totally up above the initiative to put me in the best car possible to fit my needs, and likes. I personally thank you Phil, and the Avondale Toyota staff for making it possible for me to have such a wonderful deal on such a great car.
