I purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 from client advisor Marivel

I purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 from client advisor Marivel Valles. Since then, I have had multiple follow-up questions and have consistently been referred back to her for assistance. However, each time I've contacted her, I've received vague and unhelpful responses. For instance, she stated, "The technician is not available; I will follow up with you next Monday," and on another occasion claimed, "The technician is at my desk as we speak; I will call you back in five minutes." This Saturday will mark two weeks since my last attempt to reach her, which is unacceptable. I acknowledge that I purchased a used vehicle without a warranty, but after having the car inspected by a mechanic, I was informed of several issues that need clarification. Specifically, the mechanic needs to know if Serra Auto addressed any of these problems. My calls to Ms. Marivel Valles were intended to gather this crucial information, not to solicit repairs from Serra Auto. I believe I have a right to this information. Due to this frustrating experience and the lack of support I've encountered, I am compelled to rate my experience very low. I am thoroughly displeased with the service provided and will not consider purchasing from Serra Auto in the future.

Started out OK, asked if they were interested in my trade, provided the VIN and list of additional equipment beyond factory options. Was told on Monday that I would get an answer by Tuesday morning, haven't heard anything since Monday, it's been a week with no communication. Looking at other dealer's vehicles.

I was in the process of researching options and specs for

I was in the process of researching options and specs for a new BMW, which would likely need to be custom ordered. Reached out to BMW of Okemos to find out about inventory, allocation availabity and current offers. Received an email within a few hours informing me that they have a modifiable allocation to work with. I was excited for the opportunity, but wanted to take a moment to figure out the exact build. After informing the CA about that, I have been ignored. I followed up with a few emails, even listing out the exact options I'd like. Never heard a response. All methods of trying to contact and initiate an order has been ignored. This was very disappointing. I recommend avoiding this dealership for purchases. I was fortunate to find another dealership on the east side, who worked with me to get my build in and secure and allocation.

I contacted Serra about a preowned car they have listed

I contacted Serra about a preowned car they have listed online (E450). I'm from Illinois and they are in Michigan. I first contacted them on Jan. 26, 2024. At first Marivel was very responsive, after just a few days that changed. I guess she's too busy to sell a car. They've had two price decreases when they possibly could have sold the car at the original price had they not been too busy to get back to me. I spoke with the preowned manager (Kurt) on Feb. 1st, he said he would send me a video of the car once it was detailed. He said they had a big influx or cars come in, so things are backed up. I guess as of Feb. 14, 2024 it's still not been detailed, because I have not received any communication. I'm tired of trying over and over again to get information on this car before driving five and a half hours to get there. This dealership needs a salesperson who is experienced in dealing with online/out of state buyers and a manager who follows up, because it's been 19 days of trying to possibly buy a car from them. I give up!

I purchased an IX from this dealership and have never

I purchased an IX from this dealership and have never seen such poor service & neglect. I gave them several days notice I was coming to pick it up & driving from out of state to get. They did not have the vehicle ready. It was very dirty inside and out for a new vehicle, they still had to do updates, nor did they have it charged so I had to wait most of the day for them to get it ready. Then they told me I could not bring a cashier's check. I told them I would Finance through my own bank. The day I drove to get it they told me that I had to bring my wife when I was already 4 hours from home. Then they told me I had to finance through them at a ridiculous rate. The best part about it is unbeknownst to me the car had an active recall on it that was three or four months old relating to the battery. I got a call from BMW corporate saying there was a fire risk with the battery and I needed to park it outside and stop using it. This was not a warranty problem and they had no fix for it. So basically they sold me $100,000 vehicle with a known recall and no fix. They never informed me of this recall and they claim to have no knowledge of it. Fortunately BMW corporate helped me through it and provided a loaner while I got it repaired. I went without the car for 3 months during this repair. I've had the car for over a year and still am waiting for the license plate. I have called this dealership or emailed them 8 to 10 times during the course of the year and have gotten nowhere. Most of my calls have never been returned. When I did get any type of follow-up nothing was ever done. So my car has been recalled twice, I have paid for renewal stickers for the license plate which I am still waiting for. Now they are telling me the license plate was delivered and it's not their fault that it was lost in the mail. When I complained again they blamed FedEx and said FedEx couldn't track it this far out. They asked me to get my own license plate which I have done even though they charged me for it. This dealership has absolutely zero interest in the customer or providing any level of service, professionalism or trust that would retain or attract customers! I wouldn't buy a free car from this place🤪

I had an inspection scheduled for August 25th at 2:30 pm.

I had an inspection scheduled for August 25th at 2:30 pm. I drove about an hour in an attempted to call the dealership. No one answered the phone, no pre-recorded voicemail just a never ending ring. I finally realized that if I stayed on the phone for 5 min I would finally get a voicemail. I left a voicemail. I checked their website making sure I had the correct number (Sales, Service, Parts, etc) and finally, finally, saw the website banner that stated that they were out of power and thus temporarily closed. I never received any communication about the power outage and never received a callback. When I finally called them and stated my horrible customer service they would not prioritize or work me in. I will be going to another BMW dealership. This is basic customer service when scheduling appointments.
