I have heard many good things about Marano Auto Sales, too bad the vehicle I contacted them about sold before I could get there. They were very good and contacted me before I made the trip over there. Hopefully we can do business in the future.

I visited Cars.com, put in my search criteria found a dealer with a car 1 mile from my home. The dealership provided me a quote that I found acceptable. Visited the dealership for a test drive( they were expecting me- nice). Took the vehicle for a test drive. They had the vehicle ready for me the next day. The process, the dealership and the experience were fantastic. We are very happy with our purchase. Best experience buying a car I've ever had!!!!

Fabulous!! You will not be disappointed. I shopped around for 6 months and dreaded the car buying experience... until I went to Marano's. What a pleasant, no pressure atmosphere. Felt so comfortable we brought a car that day!! Great prices as well and I shopped around a lot. Brought a 2016 Enclave and I LOVE it!! Mike T. was terrific and everyone else too. No hidden fees or extra charges. They even refunded what they did not spend when getting my plates. Amazing!! Will buy all of my cars from Marano's from now on.

My family and I have been dealing with Marano and Sons for years now. Myself personally I have bought three cars from them. I refer anyone I know who is looking for a car to them. Why I like them so much. They are honest. There is no "I will go talk to my manger routine", no gimmicks or cons here. You are able to walk around the lot and peruse for the car you want. Most of the time the lot is empty when I go so I am able to walk and just look at the cars. I feel like I am part of the Marano family when I go. I have dealt with Jim 90% of the time when I have bought, or when I am just walking around the lot. Jim is able to remember what cars I have bought over the years and even will go out and find a car I think I may need. Over the years I have been guided in a positive direction in the car buying process via Marano and Sons. Jim, Anthony, Mike or Ralph does not pressure you into buying a car, they will talk with you and they are honest in their business. They are a family run business and anyone who goes here will not be disappointed. If you come and have a bad experience, I would be shocked.

First time there in 2010 bought a 2008 Kia Sorrento. Wasn't thrilled to the fact that is was a rental (knowing how people trash rentals). Truck has 14K miles on it when I go it, it wasn't a perfect truck, but it was excellent. This truck didn't owe me a nickle. I drove this truck until May 2016 and went back to Marano for another truck. Settled on the 2015 RAM 1500. (Also was a rental) Withing 15 Minutes of arriving, I chose the truck and was approved for the loan. This buying experience is one of the best I have had. I tell anyone I know looking to go to Marano. The most honest family owned car dealer in the state I think!!!!

I bought a Chevy SSR here 5 years ago. The buying experience was low pressure and, I think, honest. I understand that any seller will present the merchandise in the best possible light. 2 minor issues were discovered after purchase. I didn't return to correct them but believe they would have fixed them (fixed 1 myself & live with the other ) I write this review now as I am again in the market for a car & came upon their website.

I had been looking around for a vehicle for my daughter and what a selection. I looked also financing a brand new vehicle, however when I ran the numbers based on brand new and going with a two year young vehicle with 3 + years of a warranty remaining it didn't make sense to look no further. The family owned dealership offered me financing and assured me that all registration and motor vehicle paperwork would be completed by them. Hassle free. I've heard many neighbors tell me they had bought and are very satisfied. I see plenty of the dealer name labels on vehicles driving all over the Tri-state so I decided it was my time to experience a good deal offer and also be one of those satisfied customers. Everything about this experience was great! I inquired on cars.com. I got an email back on Sunday (while the dealership was closed). Jim had conversation with me through email and discussed pricing on their day off. I made an appointment to look at the car and when I got there the car was pulled out ready for a test drive. After I took the Infiniti for a drive and when I returned Jim was waiting asking how I liked it. I loved the car and asked how much he would give me for a trade in. The trade in value was very fair and we agreed on a deal. I went inside and Jim had my loan approval which seemed only minutes long. Did I mention I live in NY? I had a far drive and Jim knew that. He asked if I was taking the car home tonight so I didn't have to come back. He had all my paperwork done, insurance switched, and temp plate on the car ready to drive home! His entire staff stayed late beyond their hours of operation to get me taken care of! On top of all this I made a joke that I just filled up my car with gas on my way down there and without hesitation his father pulled $30 in cash out of his pocket for the gas I had bought. GREAT PEOPLE! FRIENDLY SERVICE! Customer service? Second to none! Thank you Marano & Sons for the easiest purchase!

Although Marano and Sons replied within 24hrs. of my request to see if a specific car was still available to buy - I only received a reply saying "it was sold and thank-you" via a blackberry. I was shocked that I was not offered a similar car or was told that they would keep me in mind - if I so choose. It is obvious, that they did not need my cash nor my business.
