We were greated as soon as we got out of our car. And Mohammad was very kind and talked to both of us which I thought was nice he was good at asking us both questions and answered all of ours. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

I have been coming to Matthews Motors for years for thier honesty and reasonable pricing. In recent months management has changed and I myself have seen changes that maybe good for the pockets of Matthews Motors but customers like myself may be looking for another service center. Just a few examples, used to be of you baught tired from them you get free tire rotation. Not anymore new policy for new management. Now they have 3 tiers of oil changes, a basic oil change is now $69 which I understand inflation but I have never paid that much for an oil change on my 13 Kia. The whole vibe of the service dept has changed in my opinion. If it wasn't for my trust in one of the service advisors I wouldn't even take my vehicles here anymore. It's hard to find a trustworthy service center. It's unfortunate of the changes to the service dept. I even at one time thought of buying a new vehicle. This decision has since changed. Inam sure I am not the only customer that feels this way.

Had the pleasure of working with Uriel, Keith and Ken. They were all amazing. Had such a great experience I was in and out in my new vehicle so quickly they were able to work with me and get me in a great car for a great price.
