10/10 Recommend Deery

We have been looking for vehicles for a few months and finally found the perfect one at Deery. Nate and Cody were amazing help and were great at explaining all details of the purchase. We will be coming back to them in the future. They made the process so easy. 10/10 would recommend visiting them!

Loyal customer no more

The level of disappointment that we have with Dan Deery is astounding. We have purchased 5+ vehicles from them. We purchased our last vehicle from them last week. The vehicle we purchased was very low priced and we had no expectations that it would be perfect. We did expect that any issues would be disclosed before purchase especially since we had trouble deciding between the one we got and another. We also expected that a vehicle that needs as much in repair cost as we paid for the actual vehicle would be labeled mechanic special we know that they do this. The vehicle broke down 15 minutes after we drove off the lot and they didn’t care at all. In fact, the attitude we got was ridiculous. Yes we sign a paper that they are not responsible but as a loyal customer who has all servicing done with them and only buys vehicles from them, we expected more. We expected honesty upfront about issues (which they had to know about unless they are mechanically incompetent)and we expected them to at least pretend to care about our loyalty to them. Not that it matters to Dan Deery, but our business and recommendations will go elsewhere.

Jennifer, We appreciate your review and are sorry you are not happy with your purchase. Most dealerships do not offer vehicles in a price point as low as the one you purchased, but we feel there is a need for such vehicles and buyers who seek out these bargains and assume the risks associated with purchasing them. They are priced so low because they are not perfect by any stretch of nature. On budget vehicles like the one you purchased, we absolutely do require a potential customer to sign a disclosure that they are indeed aware that these vehicles **may not be inspected, may have mechanical issues, and may not be roadworthy**. This document and disclosure is clear as day, and it is required prior to sale to ensure that this exact situation does not occur. You were indeed aware of the issues and risks of purchasing one of these budget vehicles. To say you were not aware of such issues is untrue. Bought a older used car, which I am okay with some

Bought a older used car, which I am okay with some issues. The 2nd day we owned it, the brakes were shot . I reached out to Jeremy the sales manager , and he helped me out with some of the cost. Most dealers just tell you to get lost!!! Thanks again Dan Deery for helping out an older customer with limited funds.

To be clear…We are fully aware of the risk involved and we are fully aware of what we signed. The irony is that the recommendation of “inspect by a trusted mechanic “ wouldn’t even work in this situation because our trusted mechanic was Dan Deery. To realize that we cannot trust the people that have been our go to for years is very upsetting. Here’s the thing… we don’t want anything from you Dan Deery…we don’t want you to fix it, we don’t want a refund or return. What we want can’t be given to us and that is trust. We know you don’t care and we know that the papers say “blah blah blah” but based on how fantastic we thought you were, we expected more customer care. Now we have to find somewhere new and that really sucks.

As Promised

Cody and Nate made the whole new vehicle purchase as easy as possible, from negotiating our trade-in value to establishing our final purchase cost to delivery of our new vehicle and financing . We were in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours.
