We bought a used van, which was hit by a customer before it ever left the lot. Nathan worked hard to get us taken care of, Ty did awesome work in the body shop. Only disappointment was that there was no loaner available for us while ours being worked on.

Happy with our purchase
I sent an inquiry about a 2016 Toyota Highlander before store hours and within 2 hours, Brooklyn contacted me to follow up. I really appreciated that she text first to give me a heads up she would be calling because I usually won’t answer if it’s a number I don’t recognize! After this initial phone call, she followed up with questions about pre-approval for a loan through text and kept me updated throughout the process. My husband was working so I set up an appointment to come see the car I had chosen after he got off work. Unfortunately in that time the manager, Jeremy had text me and informed me they had sold the car which was a bummer, but everything happens for a reason! We were still interested in purchasing a car, so we came to the dealership in Cedar Falls to check them out in person. Our salesman was Colton and he worked hard to find us another car that fit my ‘must have’ list, and in the same budget as our previously discussed rates with Brooklyn earlier in the day. It took him no time at all to find us a car that matched that description! He even gave us more than we expected for our trade-in which helped a lot! Before we knew it, we met with Steven for the financials, and we were out the door with a new (to us) car! The process was very smooth and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I would recommend Dan Derry Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car! Easy to work with and super friendly staff! 10/10!

Amazing! Can’t recommend enough
I was looking to trade my car in to get a used Toyota Tacoma. I found a listing for one that I really liked at Dan Deery and decided to jump on it. I worked with Cody Zey and he was so amazing. After my insurance company decided to total my truck, I wasn't sure what to do. The car market is crazy and even though I'm a truck guy, I wasn't convinced that buying another truck right now was the right move. Shopping around, I saw a 2017 Highlander base model on Dan Deery's website. I liked it, I don't need a sun roof in Iowa. I stopped by Deery on the 26th, being broad shouldered and 6' tall, I wanted to sit in vehicles to make sure I could fit. I ran into Whitney in the parking lot. She introduced herself, let me know that vehicles were open and to feel free to sit in some and see if there was anything I liked. Told me her desk was right inside the door and if I had questions, to come ask. She then left me alone to browse. To be honest, I was absolutely dreading buying a car, but score points for Toyota right there. No pressure...I wasn't expecting that. About the time I was ready to ask some questions, Whitney was moving a car and stopped by to check on me. We discussed the Highlander I saw on the website and she went and tracked it down so we could look at it. I was impressed after talking to her. In fact, then almost having made up my mind, I emailed her that night to see about getting a test drive to make sure I liked the feel of a Highlander (again, coming out of pickup truck). She emailed me back after hours, talk about customer service. So went back the next morning and she managed to have the Highlander I was looking at available to drive. She was extremely knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. I left a deposit that day so it didn't disappear while I arranged for a down payment. Decided that I wanted remote start added, on her day off, she responded to my email again, and even arranged to have it installed. I picked up my Highlander last night, so that was a quick turn around and detailing to have it ready. From what I dreaded to an experience I am thoroughly impressed with, Dan Deery Toyota and Whitney did a great job, they earned a customer in the last week. After the debacle with my insurance company, customer service means a lot to me all of a sudden, and I found it at Toyota.

Excellent dealership. I just bought my second vehicle from Dan Deery Toyota and both times I was highly impressed with the experience. They gave me much more for my trades than other Toyota dealers in the area and didn’t put any pressure on me to buy anything. On my last purchase, my salesman, Dylan Jacobs, was very patient with us and showed us several vehicles before we decided on the one we wanted. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the market for a new Toyota.

Great car, Good deal, Horrible Customer Setvice
Got the car I wanted. Price was fair and acceptable. Customer service in the process was terrible. Communication and their effort to do so with customer was totally lacking. I had to initiate throughout the entire transaction
