Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely horrible. No customer service at all. No email, text or call back. Talked to 2 different salesman. Would not recommend. Find a different dealership to buy from.

thought it saw rather bad weather, she brought two cars

thought it saw rather bad weather, she brought two cars for me to look over and went through several more on screen. She printed out the information on one for me to look over later. Altogether, she was most helpful though I did not see anything I cold use..

If you like dealing with robots, this is the place

If you like dealing with robots - this is the place for you. If you have a question and they don't know the answer, don't expect them to ask until they find out. I have been dealing with these people for 2 weeks now at different locations - same experience at both locations. They are not paid commission, so; they could care less if you actually buy a car or not. And; good luck finding the car that you want if someone else has it on hold. They will hold a vehicle for up to a week, and there is nothing that you can do until the hold is released. Talk about frustrating. I could go on and on about all of the issues that we've had - just know that you will be there for endless hours without getting any of your questions answered. Whether you are buying a car or selling them a car - it's a nightmare!

A Different Way of Buying A Car

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

Please purchase somewhere else. They will screw u

Please beware of this place. Ongoing issue with new car one day after purchasing. It’s a long story but their warranties and guarantees are complete worthless.

Overpriced, don't get what you pay for.

So this review is twofold. One when I bought a very specific car, I knew I'd pay a premium. Turned out I paid $6,000 OVER book, and that's not their fault. It was a car I wanted, so I knew I'd pay more. Didn't balk at the price. I expected since I did pay a premium, I'd be treated better. The sales person told me they'd replace the convertible top that had a small hole in it. They did not. The sales person said that the top would be covered under warranty (That I paid for) It was not. Even after all this, I still chose to buy it. Hard car to find, so I get it. You want a certain car, hard to find, super low miles, pay a premium. That's not why I'm upset. I'm upset that even though they made a very healthy profit on me, you'd think they would want to keep me happy, reasonably. So, I bought a rather all inclusive warranty for my car, and it developed a ticking noise about 4 months after I drove it home. Called in to set an appointment, that took 7 phone calls, getting disconnected twice (or hung up on?) only to set the appointment that should have taken 5 minutes, that by itself took nearly an hour. So I get there, they look the car over, tell me that they'll keep me abreast of the information. They never actually called me,I had to call 3 separate times to see what the issue was with my car. What was the problem? When they sold it, and did the services, they neglected to properly torque the spark plugs and one had become loose. So, I get to pay $56 for their mistake. It literally took them 10 seconds to fix it, and I got charged $56. Seems "fair" I get to pay for their screw up. Great job guys! Stay away from these people. They try really hard to come across as "friendly" and they do, but it's obvious it's very phony. The employees look unhappy despite trying to keep a happy face.

Subaru Baja

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Thanks carmax.
