No longer with integrity

I had purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership as well as referred many friends and customers. That was back in the day when this dealership did things with integrity and the salesman, Nick McIntosh, would keep in contact with you regarding the sale. I went in to discuss trading in 2 vehicles and purchasing a new vehicle. I clearly identified where I needed my payment to be and left to return to work. I never did hear back from the dealership or Nick. There is no longer any integrity here, and without integrity, you will find no honesty.

Deceived

I paid cash for two cars. One month after I paid cash I was told they had made a mistake and I had to pay $3,000 more dollars for their mistake!! I felt financially xxxxx!!!!!

Service are gets a little busy at times and no where to pull your vehicle up while waiting on someone to come out.

Service

My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, I did not have an appointment but the service rep., was friendly, polite, & I was in and out quickly. He reminded me when my next service was due, what to check in the meantime on the vehicle and was given my paperwork, thanked me as I was walked to my vehicle.

Way overpriced / overcharged

I had my radiator and transmission fluid drained and re-filled - it cost me $335! I will never go back to this dealer - I feel I was totally gouged! That is ridiculous!

Save your money and reduce your stress!

Car buying experience was great! Maintaining, dealing with the service center and the extended warranty they sold us has been nothing but a nightmare! Purchasing the car was a good experience and we expected the rest of the process of owning and servicing this vehicle to be the same and that's not been the case. We just had the vehicle's water pump "serviced" and less than 2000 miles later its leaking from the "replaced" housing that is now causing more damage to more components of the vehicle. Supposedly this car also underwent a 9 point inspection had the oil and tires rotated but i'm now having to add on an oil filter to the growing list of parts while it was in and there were clearly something's missed. We are now 8 hours away from home stranded and looking to miss several extra days of work. The sense of urgency, communication, customer service and quality of work are nonexistent. We just want to know and feel like we're being taken care of and I can undoubtedly say that if this keeps up I will never purchase, deal with or ever recommend a GM product or service to anyone. Never had a more frustrating experience than this one.

Poor customer service

Bought a truck and then they dropped the ball. Finance department delayed paperwork to activate my loan and sales manager felt it was a joke., actually laughed at me. Saleswoman never called back

Will, John, and Veronica are my go-to team.

I bought from Veronica, who has had my best interests in mind always. She is genuinely invested in doing everything in her power to make my purchase for my needs. I bought a 2026 Trax that I enjoy very much. I am continually impressed with Will's capacity for professionalism, insight, and personal character. I've only had to go to service three times so far and when I dropped by tonight he called me by my first name WITHOUT HAVING TO LOOK IT UP! I was blown away that this young man knew my face and greeted me cheerfully. Usually with most businesses customers are treated just ok. I TRUST this team, they clearly have a great management team inspiring them to leave smiles in their wake.

Terrible Communication and Customer Service

The issue with the air leak in my passenger side of my camaro was not addressed. Initially Will denied there was an issue at all but after some persistence he acknowledged there is noise on the passenger side window. I had to follow up with him several times as he did not return my phone calls after I left VM's. The notes from my service did not acknowledge there is an issue. John, the service manager was supposed to follow up with me after talking to an engineer as this is an issue with several new camaros on the Ed Bozarth lot but still has not gotten back to me. It seems like the team there is not willing to help even though they have acknowledged there is an issue. Communication skills with your customers is extremely lacking. This is a brand new car, under warranty and your representatives in the service department have basically said they will not do anything to help. If my vehicle wasn't under warranty and I was paying them money to fix the issue I believe the outcome would have been different. This was a very frustrating experience.
