A new car purchase experience

This is by far the best Chevy dealerships in Colorado, go there to learn more about how great service they have.

Do Not Buy a New Car from this dishonest dealer

The service department is excellent. The new car department is a joke. They are jacking the price up by $7000 on new tahoe's because the market will bear it. Disgraceful practice and I will never buy a new car from a dealer that is so blatantly screwing their customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Buyer's that were unfortunate enough to pay the extra money over MSRP will not forget!

Poor communication

Purchased new 2021 Corvette. Terrible communication when ordering and for delivery. Car was filthy at delivery including a poorly installed paint protection film. Dealer tried to keep OEM wheels once aftermarket wheels were installed. Technology walk through was inept, you tube has provided more information about car features. Sales were extremely pushy to get paperwork completed but made little effort afterwards.

Bad coustomer service

Made an inquiry on line and was contacted by a sales person that I should stop by and later that day I visited the showroom and talked to the saleswoman and picked out a truck and test drove it and filled out an application in a two and a half hours she came to me several times and appoligesed that it was taking so long and finally said for me to go ahead and leave and she would call me and that was 3 days ago and no call yet.That truck would have been my fourth purchase from Bozarth and the only dealership that I took any of my vehicles to for service.....the worst coustomer service experiance of my life.

buying a new car

THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IF I DIDNT HAVE TO GET A CAR ASAP I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM, THEY ARE VERY LAZY, THE TRUTH , WHAT TRUTH, THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN A CAR, THE SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD, I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER DEALER, THE ONLY NICE THING WAS TINA IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, SHE WAS GREAT!

The guys at Ed Bozarth are the best people in the car industry in Colorado! They’re fair, no pressure sales guys who actually care about who they are selling to! BC Roberts and Nick McIntosh are the top notch!

Customer

I went to the dealership and leased a new truck. The initial process was great. However, the follow up service is horrible. I’m so disappointed. I’ve called several times and left messages for my salesman, Matt and the GM. No one will call me back. When I got my vehicle, my son noticed some white spots on the front hood. Matt said it was paint and it would come off. Jeff in service was very helpful and told me the truth about the chips. Turns out they were chips in the paint. A clear bra was put on so it was too late to repair the chips. Matt has no expertise on anything on the truck. My son knew more than he did. The dealership won’t send their survey to my email because they know I won’t leave a positive review. They screwed up my financing papers and I had to sign a new contract. Daniel in financing has been the ONLY one to call me back and help. Will never buy or lease from this dealership again. Once they made their end of month/ year sales quota... they drop the ball on service. It’s unfortunate because word of mouth is important. For me, the follow up service is important. To not return phone calls wether it be bad or good is a disgrace and a negative mark on the name of Ed Bozarth!!!Even though it was a lease, I still should be respected.
