Made an inquiry on line and was contacted by a sales person that I should stop by and later that day I visited the showroom and talked to the saleswoman... and picked out a truck and test drove it and filled out an application in a two and a half hours she came to me several times and appoligesed that it was taking so long and finally said for me to go ahead and leave and she would call me and that was 3 days ago and no call yet.That truck would have been my fourth purchase from Bozarth and the only dealership that I took any of my vehicles to for service.....the worst coustomer service experiance of my life.
After weeks of unsuccessful attempts to get my car fixed, I ended up at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet. They installed a remote starter in my car years ago and I... was hoping that was the problem. The starter was fine and the people in the Service Department found the problem and fixed the problem. Everyone went out of their way to help me today, including the shuttle drivers. Thank you everyone.
THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IF I DIDNT HAVE TO GET A CAR ASAP I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM, THEY ARE VERY LAZY, THE TRUTH , WHAT... TRUTH, THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN A CAR, THE SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD, I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER DEALER, THE ONLY NICE THING WAS TINA IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, SHE WAS GREAT!
The guys at Ed Bozarth are the best people in the car industry in Colorado! They’re fair, no pressure sales guys who actually care about who they are selling... to! BC Roberts and Nick McIntosh are the top notch!
I went to the dealership and leased a new truck. The initial process was great. However, the follow up service is horrible. I’m so disappointed. I’ve called... several times and left messages for my salesman, Matt and the GM. No one will call me back. When I got my vehicle, my son noticed some white spots on the front hood. Matt said it was paint and it would come off. Jeff in service was very helpful and told me the truth about the chips. Turns out they were chips in the paint. A clear bra was put on so it was too late to repair the chips. Matt has no expertise on anything on the truck. My son knew more than he did. The dealership won’t send their survey to my email because they know I won’t leave a positive review. They screwed up my financing papers and I had to sign a new contract. Daniel in financing has been the ONLY one to call me back and help. Will never buy or lease from this dealership again. Once they made their end of month/ year sales quota... they drop the ball on service. It’s unfortunate because word of mouth is important. For me, the follow up service is important. To not return phone calls wether it be bad or good is a disgrace and a negative mark on the name of Ed Bozarth!!!Even though it was a lease, I still should be respected.
Our family is served by Bryan and he makes you feel like family. He knows us by name, treats us with respect and is very skilled at his profession. We... trust his advise and have had many great experiences with Ed Bozarth because of Bryan!!

I had purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership as well as referred many friends and customers. That was back in the day when this dealership did... things with integrity and the salesman, Nick McIntosh, would keep in contact with you regarding the sale. I went in to discuss trading in 2 vehicles and purchasing a new vehicle. I clearly identified where I needed my payment to be and left to return to work. I never did hear back from the dealership or Nick. There is no longer any integrity here, and without integrity, you will find no honesty.

I paid cash for two cars. One month after I paid cash I was told they had made a mistake and I had to pay $3,000 more dollars for their mistake!! I felt... financially xxxxx!!!!!
