The worst and rudest dealership in nova

The rudest, most unprofessional and careless service team I have ever dealt with I have never ever heard from a customer service agant telling me” I don’t care about your problem” and leave without any courtesy. That was in response to my question if “ I have my car totaled and am in financial crisis, is there a way you can give discount for repair inspection ?” Rude is even not describing his bad behavior and I am shocked to see how come management allows such behavior toward customer. I was there to buy a brand bee car as my car was totaled but due to the bad feeling he caused me I left to another dealership.

RACIAL PROFILING

This dealership is RACIST. I was profiled for trying to buy a new range rover. I was asked to bring my Tax to determine if I can afford a car and also if am not trying to ship the car to Africa. Although I was going to finance the loan with Navy Federal. After refusing to send them the requested tax I was informed the GM do not want to sell the car to me. So please be careful where you spend your money. Such dealerships need to be shamed.

This is the true blue thru and thru FLAGSHIP Operations

This is the true blue thru and thru FLAGSHIP Operations of the DC METRO Area and beyond. I strongly encourage Anyone who is looking for a car both new or used $$$$$$ or $, please put them on your list to go visit if you want to know what the experience should be like when you buy a car. Thankyou Richard(GM)/Jack(Finance) and Katako(Sales)! This is the dream team, go see for yourselves. Times have changed in the world but things have stayed the same at this dealership. The true American way, Genuine hospitality, kindness and concern of the customers needs was apparent at this dealership. Thanks for saving us from a train wreck with the dealership around the corner. If you had not taken the time to take a stroll in the far back corner of your lot and the least trafficked area of your lot you would not have found my family there desperately pondering what to do next after a horrible car buying experience that lasted two days just next door to your dealership. Were ready to quit and look at other online non dealership car buying options until you came to our rescue. My younger daughter (excited to drive home in a new car to take to there mom as a surprise) and my son who was 16 and started driving a week prior were witness to the good the bad and the ugly. The good always wins in the end and this dealership has proven that to us. We will Never buy a new or used car from anyone else ever again. It is more about how they treated my family that was beat-up and lied too pretty bad by the other dealership and then how the dream team at Chantilly Jaguar/Land Rover came to our rescue. The price point is important however I believe the way you are treated is the most important. My kids got hangout and watch some cool car shows on the 4k flat screen while the staff offered them free beverages while they relaxed on there super comfortable couches. It was like staying at the Ritz Carrolton hotel. The place was spotless and peaceful, In and out of the dealership in less then an hour once the paperwork started. The car was cleaned up while I was doing all the paperwork and delivered to the front door. Oh I forgot to mention the GM (Richard Grzesiak) noticed a piece of my underneath to my old car I drove to dealership had fallen off and he personally went and got it where it had fallen off and placed it my my car for me so I could put it back on again. Jack Croft(Finance Manager) was proven to be the subject matter expert with his getting me approved and lined up with all the warrantee products without being pushy, this guy is so cool very smart/ professional with a capital P. Go see TATI for sales, she was so kind and I just loved her way of calming me down and making my experience an enjoyable one. She is so smart and and expert at getting people thru the paperwork fast when you have had a tuff time. I'm sure she is one of the best at what she does and so supper friendly to my family. Thanks Guys Love ya, your family now!!!

Lying crooks

A few years ago I almost got ripped off by this dealership. I was interested in a supercharged Jaguar XF that was priced well. Since I’m in Chicago I would have had the vehicle delivered to me. I was skeptical because the price seemed too good. But I was assured by the manager at the time (I have his name somewhere along with all the other docs), that the car was immaculate, accident free, well taken care of. They sent me the paperwork via FedEx. Before I did anything I decided to have a body shop near the dealership check the car out for me. I paid them to do an inspection. It turns out that several of the panels were repainted, lots of overspray on the trim. Also was told it looked like the wheels were beaten with a hammer! There are a lot of xxxx bags in the car business and they ruin it for the few good ones! Always check the vehicle out yourself or if you’re not local have it inspected. Car fax is useless when it comes to accident reporting. I believe the carfax showed no accidents for the vehicle I was interested in but it was apparently in a bad wreck! Always take to a body shop to be looked over. Many shops won’t charge!
