The car buying process was extremely easy and painless.

The car buying process was extremely easy and painless. Everyone was very nice and accommodating and I never felt pressured in any way. I bought the car that same day, and was given a thorough tutorial of all the features which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this dealership when buying your next car!

It's a bunch of troglodites in the service department,

It's a bunch of troglodites in the service department, they're too antiquated and brain dead to still be servicing cars. Maybe if I need my tire pressure checked I'd come to them. Even then I'd probably get the wrong reading. Their service manager will avoid you if you ask what's going on and unless you contact the GM you'll get no where. Just go to Executive, do not bother with these guys.

I had my 2014 Ram towed to a referred local mechanic for

I had my 2014 Ram towed to a referred local mechanic for DEF system issues, despite his numerous and much appreciated attempts he could not correct the issue, so he recommended that I bring it up the road to Troiano’s. My dashboard displayed a message that said my truck would go into what is commonly called “limp mode” in 19 miles and basically leave me stranded on the said of the road. So I drove right over to Troiano’s and explained my situation (and then some) to Nick Parker (Service Advisor) who was very professional and sympathetic. Nick assured me the he would talk to one of the techs to see if they could try to squeeze me in between one of the scheduled services appointments. After a short wait Nick tells me that one of the techs will take a look at my truck to diagnose and hopefully correct the issue. He informed me it would take roughly 90 minutes. At approximately 90 minutes Tyler, one of the tech/mechanics, came out to the waiting area and explained the service he had performed on my truck (forced regen) and that my truck was all set. The service charge was more then reasonable and extremely honest. Nick, was personable and prompt. Tyler was informed and seemed eager to address the issue. These guys saved my day and/or week, and I am grateful. Thanks guys. I live in South Windsor so Troiano’s is about a 40 minute ride for me, but the service department is totally worth the drive. J. Would never recommend

I strongly believe this place does not inspect their vehicles. I would stay far away from this dealership and recommend it no one. This dealership put profit over the safety and satisfaction of me and my family. When we reported 2 problems 6 days after buying our vehicle that made our vehicle unsafe, (transmission problems and heavy vibrating while braking) they refused to fix the problem at first and told us "nothing we can do" It took us 3 WEEKS to finally reach an agreement. They asked us multiple times for money to cover the repairs even though it is the dealerships legal obligation to make the car safe. In my opinion they tried to take advantage of us multiple times and when it was all said and done they only fixed 1 problem, returned our car with an empty gas tank and filthy floor mats. I'll be taking this car elsewhere for the repairs because this dealership is not worth the time and frustration.

2012 mustang

some of this is my own fault. Bought a 2012 used Mustang. Looked in VERY good shape. Paid asking price for it and after I had it for awhile was looking at paper work and seen that it was sold as is. Thought that was odd for a 2012 car. MY BAD i know. Figured something was wrong since it was sold as is. Lucky I change tires in the winter because both front tires were worn on the inside. Camber is way out. Tire/tires could have got a blow out and who knows what would have happened. Taking it to a ford dealer to see what is going on. Thought I was dealing with an honest dealership. Whatever happened to honest dealerships. Last Mustang I bought was purchased from a local small used car dealership and car was perfect.

Ram truck 2500

Anthony Wilson was my sale person he made everything go smoothly, kept in contact,made sure the truck was ready. He was awesome . If I need another vehicle he would be the only one I would deal with. The dealership is lucky to have him. And the truck is great too

Easy!

I went in to buy a car, but ended up making some great friends. From beginning to end, everyone at Troiano was willing to do what it took, to make me happy. It was an extremely pleasant experience. I got a fantastic car, and the whole process was made quick and easy by the staff at Troiano. I will be returning soon to purchase a vehicle with my daughter. She is extremely jealous of my new ride.
