They Post cars that are sold! They do not respond to availability request. Very unmonitored sales location.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment. Multiple people helped before me. The car I made the appointment to test drive was picked up by someone else to test drive. Unsure if it was bought. We had to wait literally for two hours to drive one vehicle. If you want to waste your time, check this place out.

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.

Was there for 8hr total. Had the deal done and I liked the Payment and the car. They said come back we have to get the car transferred and it is yours, they even had me call my insurance company and cancel my insurance and add the other car onto my policy. Got back and they said oh your Payment went up $120 more a month and we need 2k domhe car mabefore you can take it????? After they told me the price and Payments and had me change insurance. I walked, they are a joke.

I walked in and simply requested for a female sales associate. The next thing I know the Sales Manager Mellissa walked up to me and stated ( here at Carmax we do not discriminate) I laughed at her and walked out!!!!! What she fails to recognize is that I was in no way discriminating!!! I would have actually worked with a male sales associate! I just preferred a female! Very rude approach to a simple request!!!!! She needs to learn how to talk to people in a professional manner!

We first went to another Carmax, told salesman what we wanted and he Then tried to sale us something else. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

The buying process is simple and easy, its the 5 day money back guarantee that is misleading. Yes they refund the money but it takes 3 to 4 days for them to release the funds back to you and the only way they can help resolve the issue, is if you finance through them. And even then you still would have to reapply for another load. I would not buy from CarMax again, you would better off haggling with another dealership.

They lost the title, had to wait for touchups. 19 days before I could buy the truck. A repair job that has taken 11 days. Still not fixed.
