I only trust Gordon Chevrolet to service my vehicle.

I only trust Gordon Chevrolet to service my vehicle. Their service department is amazing and Richard S is a wonderful and trustworthy employee. He takes care of me and very honest. I would never go anywhere else for my maintenance or repairs. I miss Al a lot but Richard has really eased my mind about continuing services with this dealership.

I only trust Gordon Chevrolet to service my vehicle. Their service department is amazing and Richard S is a wonderful and trustworthy employee. He takes care of me and very honest. Incompetent Service Advisor

Up until my most recent experience I would have recommended Gordon Chevrolet. I have had two older cars serviced by them and a family member has bought cars from them, all good, until now. My chief complaint is one of the Service Advisors, Joey. I brought the car in for a brake issue, which I knew from dealing with dealers would be costly, but I like the most knowledgeable people working on my cars whether new or old. After agreeing to a complete brake job and saying no to a complete front end rebuild I get a phone call the following day after turning the rotors telling me that the parking brakes also need to be replaced ( Joey tells me that is choice one) or I can have them take the parking brake out (his words, "might as well since it's not working anyway), this is choice two that he offers me. Two thousand dollars and they couldn't figure out why it didn't rub before, but now rubs and will make noise. I have had two previous service advisors who I trusted and got great service. Avoid Joey, he will treat you like your stupid ("I don't know if you've ever had a brake job before"), condescending and just tries to get you to spend the most money possible to get your vehicle on the road. I've lost confidence in Gordon if they condone Joey's actions and lack of respect of the customer. I spoke with Tim the Service Manager, very personable, very professional. Gordon needs to get rid of Joey before they lose more clientele. Customer Service score is due to Joey and the fact that I had to deal with him to get my car back and pay my bill and that he didn't say anything positive or contrite.

Dear Mr. H----, We were sorry to read this review. Based on your conversation with Joey when you picked up your vehicle, he thought all misunderstandings had been cleared up. Joey sincerely regrets you felt he was condescending toward you. He, like all of our service advisors, is not a technician, and must pass on information that is presented to them; both to and from the techs. Sometimes that information is interpreted or communicated imperfectly. That may have been part of the problem in this case. Nevertheless, we all try to do our best to service our customers. If we make mistakes we try and correct them as Tim did with you on the phone. We hope you will come back and if so, please feel free to use a different advisor.

I purchased a used car from them and requested a

I purchased a used car from them and requested a maintenance plan for the vehicle. The sales person said I would receive an offer for a maintenance plan during the closing of the purchase. That never happened. When I called back 3 days later the sales person said it was too late and I couldn't get one. I had the car inspected at the Daytona Beach Ford dealer and they found a leak in the A/C system that would cost over $1600 to fix. In my view Gordon Chevrolet is abusive to senior citizens and military veterans.

I always choose to get my service done here because they

I always choose to get my service done here because they care about their customers and do fast and quality service. They have great service advisors like Corey McNinch, who went out of his way to ensure I was properly taken care of. He helped me quickly identify the issue and got my truck fixed in one day. He also searched around to find a large vehicle for me just incase the repairs took longer. Its service advisors like him that make me feel that Gordon Chevrolet is trust worthy and reliable place to handle all your vehicle needs.
