Fixed everything I said to after test drive

From the moment i went in to test drive a vehicle to the moment i drove away in an immaculately detailed used Mercedes, the staff gave me no issues or pressure of any sort. Just smiles- Carlos is the financer and salesperson and by the time i left i felt like we had become friends. He was even able to save me $500 off the total sales price. I would recommend them- they were honest and me the car buying process easy

Good service easy transaction

Recently purchased an Audi S4 from the dealership. Carlos and his staff helped me and made it a simple process. They worked with me on the price of the car and took care of things in a timely manner. Would recommend this dealership for preowned cars.

Honest car buying experience

We bought an older Audi A4 from this dealership and have been so happy with our purchase. The car was clean and the work that they said was done was obviously actually done. They were honest and straightforward. Very pleasant experience!

Place is a joke dont buy any vehicle from this place .

Place is a joke dont buy any vehicle from this place . After buying my truck I brought my truck back to fix an exhaust leak they never did. And also asked to do the transmission fluid it looked the same when I picked it up they told me they change it out they didn’t know why it was still brown . I would never buy a vehicle from this place again. Please beware this place is a scam …

Very unhappy with Carlos.

Very unhappy with Carlos. I paid cash for the vehicle and wanted to transfer my classic plate from previous car and he said he couldn't do it. I paid for new registration then found out he could have done a transfer. but now he only wants to refund 47.50. I am filing complaint with DMV.

nothing special

Friendly enough staff, They did not complete the safety check of the truck I purchased. we drained the oil a couple weeks after the purchase, it was BLACK. Oil filter not changed, We left the dealership and the Fuel Light came on, thank god a station is right down the st.! When picking up the truck, apparently nothing had been done as we sat while technicians "supposedly" ran through the vehicle. The did cover the cost of a new windshield that was installed at my convenience as the current one was pitted and chipped. They did nothing to help me with financing issues. wouldn't budge at all on price or payments. nothing special here.

worst dealership I've ever been to

I sincerely hope that nobody goes to green light auto sales. Especially the one in Seymour, ct. Also, I hope no one ever gets a warranty from GWC warranty. They are just awful when it comes to taking care of their customers. This is a post that I wrote on their FB wall. I'm glad to see you guys finally have a Facebook page. I just wanted to say that I don't think I could have ever received any worse customer service that has been continued over a year unfortunately. The car I purchased from you was a 2005 Volvo S60 R, with about 96,000 miles on it. When I purchased the car, you said that you would replace both of the fog lights because both of them were inoperable when I bought the car. I even said I would install them myself. I took you at your word, which was a mistake on my part. After 6 or 7 phone calls I decided to give up and spent the 200 dollars to replace them. With my car, I purchased a GWC warranty which was another mistake. A few weeks after I drove out of the lot I had to do about 2600 dollars worth of repairs, which the warranty company refused to fix. A few more weeks go by, and I need even more repairs. This time it was about 1000 dollars to fix it, and again I had no help from the warranty company or green light. So after paying for all of the repairs with no help from GWC, I decided to return the warranty in September. I called twice to confirm that I had returned it, and again I took the word of green light that it would be taken care of. A few weeks ago I contacted my loan holder because I was curious to see if the money from the warranty had been deposited. Guess what? It hadn't been. So now here I am, finally returning the warranty, even though I will be receiving about 500 dollars less than if green light actually did their job and returned a warranty that covers nothing. But I mean, what's 500 dollars compared to the 13000 I paid for the car, 2600 I paid for the warranty, about 4500 I've paid for repairs, and 200 dollars for those lovely fog lights. I'm sure you don't care now, since you didn't this entire time I've been dealing with you, but I honestly hope nobody else makes the same mistakes as I did in trusting your staff. If you feel like any reconciliation is warranted, you have my contact information still I believe, even though you lost my number 6 times. I wish my buying experience was great because I do love my car, but that's because of the car and not at all because of your dealership. Good day, and I hope your customer satisfaction improves some day. Sincerely, A very dissatisfied customer.
