Friendly with no high pressure sales
Steve was very friendly and patient with my mother (purchaser of the vehicle). We checked other locations and this is the only one that was honest about all pricing and gave us the best deal. We will be coming back to see Steve for all or our cars.
My service advisor was great, very energetic, showed concern for my vehicle as if it were her own. Could not be anything other than beyond satisfied. My son and I went shopping for a new car
The place was clean,everyone was helpful.We were offered coffee and hot cocoa. Isaiah was amazing overall. I'm happy we got him to take care of us. I definitely would recommend friends and family to go there . My son bought a car he really loved🥰

Jimmy helped me out with looking for a new car and tried really hard to get the price for me. It wasn't easy but he went far and wide to agree to what I wanted.
Deceptive, shady, over charged
This dealer advertises a vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned at an advertised price, then adds on a significant fee for this. The car could not be advertised as certified pre-owned if it was not already inspected and car fax obtained. If you advertise as certified pre-owned and list what this includes, and for that price- it is deceptive to then try to add in a fee for this certification.
Above and Beyond
I just want to give a shout out to Wael Ihmaid who helped us recently lease two Kia vehicles. We went back specifically to deal with Wael because he had helped us lease a previous vehicle. Our transactions were somewhat complicated but Wael helped us through and kept telling us he would take care of everything. Little did we know that 4 months after our pick up dates we would be billed for damages to our former car. Since we had taken insurance in our lease to cover these expenses, we thought this couldn't be correct but when I called the third party insurer I was informed that in order to negate these charges I had to jump through some major paper trail hoops. I didn't even have the information they were requesting. I called Wael and he told me to email him the info and he would take care of it. I did and he did. I got a letter today telling me the charges had been cleared because we are such good customers. So thanks Wael for going above and beyond.
Could have been a lot better...
I just got to say they have plenty of options to choose from and I know that because before going there I went to Kia of Englewood which was very limited. I was looking for the Kia Sportage, not the 2021 because I was looking for a cheaper deal with a 2020 one. Unfortunately my deal didn't happen and I also felt a little played... first salesman only offered me 2021 models and even told me (by email) the 2020 models were sold out. Lies, here's why: a second salesman offered me 2 different 2020 models and after spending there 4 hours yesterday, I was told my credit score was not enough and not old enough so they recommended to get a co-signee. My boss did it (and I got to say he has had plenty of cars and decided to go down with me with this deal) and today I spent 2 more hours just to be told they sold the car I was trying to get a deal, got offered a third 2020 model with less features and at the end the manager was waiting for the bank to say yes... I didn't really understand why if I had the best co-signee I could ever get... I never got to see any lease breakdown for the 2020 models... anyway, the 2 stars go to the trade-in value they offered me for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra but for the rest... I feel I wasted my time going there because the few things I was told during the last 2 days they all could be discussed over the phone. I left and ask to call me back if they get that bank call but now I'm just guessing I'm not gonna get that call.
