DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! SCAM ALERT!! Brought my car into the Jack Daniels Kia service department. They gave me the run around and tried to tell me that even though the problem with my engine should be covered under warranty, that the dipstick showed too much oil in my oil tank and so it voids the warranty… there is no way that my mechanic put so much oil in that it caused an engine malfunction. I had to call them 10 times to get clear answers and felt like I was being lied to. When I said I would come get my car and have it brought somewhere else to be repaired they said I had to pay a $189 diagnostic fee (which I was never informed of) in order to pick up my car. These guys are CON MEN trying to charge me $1880 for a repair that should be covered under warranty.

My experience here was very transparent and a smooth transaction. I liked how Carlos got straight to the point and all the hard work it took to get me into this Telluride. I would recommend him and Jack Daniels to anyone looking for a KIA

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. On Memorial Day we took our son for his first car. We set an appointment and they had the car ready. We did the test drive and we were very happy with the sales associate. Then came time for the negotiation. Let me preface that I’m very knowledgeable on buying and leasing vehicles. I had done my research and knew where we could be happy and they can make money. Not the case at this dealer. The manager handling our deal is strictly in it for the money. Their fees are absurd. As an example they charge a doc fee of $699 which is high but in line with other stores. But then they have a MVC of $337!? Wait, isn’t that included in the doc fee…not here. Needless to say but we walked out. We were able to go to Englewood the same day and we got the same car for $40 less a month and no ridiculous fees and we did it in literally 10 minutes. The manager laughed at what JDK had tried to do. long story short do your research on the car you want and on how to negotiate a lease or finance. If you want a Kia best to avoid this place. It’s a shame that the sales associate is stuck here. Best that he move on too.

I highly recommend Jack Daniel’s Kia and Jimmy Kim.

I highly recommend Jack Daniel’s Kia and Jimmy Kim. Jimmy was extremely helpful and friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Jimmy was really professional and patient with my mother and I and helped us out the whole process. He would answer our questions in full detail and explain further if needed. If you are in need of a Kia, I would definitely come here to get one.
