First of all, i will still recommend the dealership because their inventory is decent and i have seen some great cars on their lot. My review might be towards the particular salesman whom i talked to last Saturday afternoon..... He could have been more professional. It was obvious he saw me and did not want me to be in the dealership after I inquire about the Mercedes they have on the lot. I guess his computer screen was more important on a Saturday afternoon. When I asked for a test drive, he asked one of the gentleman from the back to ride with me, my wife and two kids during the test drive. He didn't even have the decency to showcase the vehicles they have. I bought a C240 for my daughter earlier in the week and my wife wanted to check out TCA's inventory because she was quite impress with the C240. The test drive was okay, but I just could not get over the way Ed treated me as a customer. Maybe he think I just wanted a joyride even though I was dress decent and had my wife and two young daughters with me. Somehow I do not believe this is how you treat other customers. You should give everyone the same respect regardless of their nationality or the way they look. I hope this is not how TCA treat our local people.

I’ve driven past TCA Auto many times after leaving my local grocery store, Don Quijote, because they’re located right next to them. As a car guy currently driving a problematic car, I couldn’t help but notice their great selection of cars for sale especially since I’m a car guy their many Subaru WRX’s peaked my interest. So one day I decided to go in and I was greeted by Chase. I told him I was looking to buy a WRX but I didn’t have the best credit but he told me that was no problem. Then he asked me which one I was interest in. I pointed at a Satin White Pearl 2011 WRX STI sedan that was parked right in front of the office. It was completely stock with low mileage for the year so it was a stretch for my because of my questionable credit but instantly Chase asked me if I’d like to go for a drive in it. I instantly agreed. The interior looked like it just came off the showroom floor and it still had the “new car” smell. I took it for a drive and instantly fell in love and had to have it. Luckily for me Chase was able to get me financed at a good rate. I cannot thank Chase and TCA Auto enough for all they have done for me. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to buy a used car from a dealer you can actually trust! Thank you again Chase and TCA Auto!

I just recently got my driver's License and of course the first thing I wanted after I got it I wanted my first car. After constant research on cars I should get since I didn't know jack squat, all I knew is that I wanted a cheap but good and reliable car. TCA Auto was actually close by to where I live so I decided to drop by to ask a expert. I met Chase and walked through the process of what I had to do because I didn't anything. Went in with little below credit and was able to grab an awesome 2015 Tacoma at a steal. Chase was very understanding and very helpful, above all he made this process very easy and stress free. The bottom line is he worked with me, made me feel like we weren’t going to war about pricing and was working with me rather than for himself. 10/10 would recommend.

I am so grateful to buy my very first car through TCA Auto. Chase made this process easy and understandable. Being with someone with no credit and this was my first big purchase, it was no walk in the park. Fortunately Chase, was able to work with me and help me leave with my new, but used Infiniti G37X.
