Beware of service department, I would give them a zero if
Beware of service department, I would give them a zero if I could they just want to experiment on your vehicle at your expense but they cannot diagnose anything correctly. Brought in a 2014 Chey Silverado with a hesitation in second gear under acceleration. Was assured by service department that it needed a tune up, $800 later the issue was not fixed. Returned and had a technician ride with me and was told there were tranny issues. They took the vehicle and said they replaced the torque converter (luckily I did not have to pay the $2500 for that) but it did not fix the problem, so they now recommended a rebuilt tranny for $6500, for which I agreed to. Picked up the vehicle and it still had the same issue. Returned to ask for my money back but they refused as they said it needed a tranny because they found metal chips in the fluid. Essentially they did not stand behind their work at all, and after over $7000 spent, the issue still remained. They now said that the cam was out and wanted another $7500 to fix. Essentially I left there $7000 behind and a truck with no worth, they tried to fix the issue by letting me trade it in and give me a price as if the problem did not exist. I relented and had to "settle" for trading in this truck something on their lot as I had no choice but to deal with them exclusively to salvage anything out of this deal. Although I am somewhat happy with the new vehicle the brakes squeaked and the air conditioner motor went out, which I took to another dealer to fix, as i will never use this dealership for anything ever again.

Vehicle Purchase
Purchased a GMC AT4. Joseph Carley (Salesman) and Gene Parker (Finance) was two gentlemen I dealt with. Both was very professional and great to deal with. I drove from Texas to purchase. So they had all paperwork ready when I arrived. Was in and out of Dealership in less than a hour. Very thankful and happy to work with these two. Highly recommend them. Truck was exactly like Joseph told me it was. Straighup and Honest.
