A+ in my book, the service was excellent from the time I walked in to the time I left. Landy took care of me when I walked in, very friendly. Mark and Matt helped me to find solutions to the noise I was hearing in the front by dashboard and the steering issues-due to the road. I will definitely be back for Jeep related issues. We are happy to report the excellent service we received when purchasing a Grand Cherokee, last week. The manager warmly greeted us an confidently introduced us to our sales rep., Tabatha. She really knew these cars a d was able to answer all our questions. We knew the car we wanted and hoped the sales process could get done for a 1:00 appointment we had. They really bent over backwards to make it happen. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and friendly when processing our paperwork. We returned the next day and Tabatha showed us everything about the jeep and how to use the computer. She also told us if we had any questions at all to just call or come in and she will help us.
