Service Department Sucks
I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee on June 1st, with an appointment, for a warranty repair on the engine since it's knocking like a tractor. I wasn't told there were going to be any delays. I waited for 4 days without hearing anything and not seeing any movement on my Jeep (GPS tracking, etc.) Sent a text message but received no response. When I got a response I was told there is a delay and my Jeep would be worked on the following week but I'd need a service receipt from the previous dealership. So I emailed them the receipt and was then told that it's "is in line to be torn down for inspection with an engine technician. As soon as I have an update I will let you know" I was patient and waited until the 21st before I then again, couldn't get a response via text so I drove to the dealership for some answers. I was told it would realistically be three weeks before someone would get to it. So I asked if I could take the Jeep back and it was agreed that it should be fine and they will call me with a time to bring it in. Here we are almost 5 weeks later, two months after making an appointment that I still have a knocking Jeep. They still can't give me an estimate on when I can bring my Jeep back in for service. I asked about loaners and they don't have any either. What a waste of time and a waste of my summer waiting to get the Jeep fixed. I had plans to go camping but I don't trust the reliability of the Jeep to do so. This is unacceptable and the worst experience I've ever had at a Jeep dealership.

Terrible service
Terrible customer service in the service department. I needed new tires and assumed going to a dealership would be the best option. I did not go back to the one I purchased my Jeep from because it is a much longer drive to Olympia. A huge mistake because they have always done right by me. The tires were not delivered when scheduled, I wasn’t told about it until I went down to drop my vehicle off. I had taken the day off for this. After the woman at the desk became argumentative, I was ready to walk out. However, the tires had already been taken off of my Jeep! After two weeks my tires finally came in. The service is terrible here. It was all excuses and no real help. I will never use this Jeep dealership again.

Discussed buying a truck with the Dustin, Internet Sales Manager. I sent him the vehicle price quoted on the website via screenshot. The offer he gave me was more than the listed price on his own site, and did not take into account their own dealership discount. He quoted incentives as the difference, when it is clear it was how own website! I then asked for invoice so we can have a real, honest discussion about the truck. He stated: “ invoice is irrelevant “ and “it’s priced with the market”…basically saying he doesn’t really care about his own quoted price on his own internet site! Shady tactics and dishonest conversation. Go somewhere where tell the truth

Great experience with the service department! I am very particular on who I will let work on our JL and they did not disappoint. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, from the front desk staff, to the skilled tech that performed the work, to the Service Director who reviewed the warranty work with me. Thank you all so much for stepping up and taking care of this TSB warranty issue! It has 100% resolved the incredibly unsafe steering issues we were experiencing and I have complete confidence now with my wife and kids in this Jeep. If you are looking for competent, honest, timely people who actually listen to your concerns this dealership should be number one on your list. I look forward to having them as my go to dealer for future service. Thanks again!

Rude and dishonest!!
I set up a appointment to get new tires for my car a month in advance, dropped off my car the night before and went to bed. I was woken up by a phone call in the morning where the lady told me that I never picked out tires so they need to know what I wanted. I told her that I wanted the ones that I picked out that would be a total of $600. She was very rude and said that she has emailed me 6 times (I have no email in my spam or inbox) and the cheapest tires I could get was $800!! Of course I left the print out at work so I couldn't show her. I feel like this was a good old bate and switch! But to top it off she was very rude about it. I would go pick up my car but my tires are so bald it would not be safe for me to drive. I will not be coming back here ever again, I have been a loyal customer and have bought 2 trucks and 2 jeeps from them. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Years ago one Jeep service department after another...
Years ago one Jeep service department after another disappointed me. Someone told me about Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My first visit wasn't my last. They were honest and very respectful to me. The service department has always been wonderful to me and my Jeep "Just Jack". Will and Grace fan can you tell? When I called for an oil and filter change John at the service department was very understanding about me being nervous about my safety during this pandemic. He booked the last oil change of the day for me. When I got there John wasn't there but Risa was. She too has always made me feel welcomed. She said if there is anything you need just let me know. While waiting I visited Jason in the parts department. He showed me all the new Jeep items. BTW I love my new jeep mug. Jason will be calling me in the Fall about their Jeep hoodies. I just love my hoodie I got a couple of years ago. This is how all dealerships, service and parts departments should treat their customers. Thank you John, Risa, and Jason.
