Bought a 2012 Altima from Jeff. He did a great job. Traveled from Panama City, Florida to pick up. Everything was ready. Wife and kid were happy and we got a deal. Thanks Jeff

All Star Deal and Customer Service

Recently purchased a car from Jeff. He was helpful in every aspect of the way. When it was discovered that the car had a minor issue, it was sent directly to the Volkswagen Dealership for repair at no added expense to me! When I arrived to pick up the car, the paperwork had been prepared and was ready for my signature. The entire process was a new experience for me in car buying. No pressure sales was a plus!

Excellent experience

No nonsense, good deal transaction

Just purchased a used vehicle from West Coast Auto Mall. The car has been great so far, and the deal was amazing. I believe that everyone was very forthright about the cars, and the purchase process was very simple. Nice car, nice people. Kinda makes me want to always buy used cars from now on.

Incorrect Auto Listing

Today I went to this dealership to look at a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. The cars.com listing stated it is "LOADED WITH GPS NAVIGATION, POWER SUNROOF". The car had neither, so I wasted a 30-minute drive there. The car salesperson admitted that somebody had just drove from Gainesville (2-hours away) to look at the car based on the same error. Therefore, they have already created a poor customer experience with somebody else and continued to leave the inaccurate listing. I even called in advance of going there and nobody told me the listing was inaccurate. Very poor business practice..

WE DO APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THAT The ERROR MAY HAVE CAUSED. THE OPTION POPULATE TO THE AD BASED ON THE VIN NUMBERS OF THE CARS. WE DID MISS THAT IT LISTED GPS AND MOONROOF. THE AD HAS BEEN Corrected AND AGAIN WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS MISTAKE. WE DO STRIVE TO DO BUSINESS IN A HONEST ETHICAL WAY.
