I waited a month after buying my car from Ed to write this review. Time has only strengthened my opinion. He created an exceptional experience - professional, thorough, honest, prompt - and I would not hesitate to buy from him again, or recommend him to others, even though he is 1,100 miles away.

5 STARS FOR AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. He sells the BEST in USED CARS. Unlike anyone else. He finds the best one in used cars at a time. and Great Prices. I wished I found him 35 years ago. I'm life time customer now. I proud to recommend him to friends and family or anyone looking for a Great Used Car. I'm customer for Life.

Bought a Lexus LS 460 from this dealership. I traveled from Cincinnati to Chicago to purchase it. I have purchased many cars from many dealerships but by far this has been the most pleasant car buying I have ever done. I dealt mostly with Ed. These are people with high moral compass. They aren't selling cars to make a quick buck. they are in it for all the right reasons.

Very nice and loyal dealership, where customer service is highly valued. I would definitely recommend Wheels of Chicagoland to all of my family and friends. Car buying could not have been any easier and the car was delivered with full tank of gas! :)

Met with both Jeff and Ed on the purchase of a 2006 Ford Mustang GT. The deal was easy and not pressured in any way. They were very professional and straight shooters auto dealership. This is way to buy a car. I recommend Jeff and Ed and we buy again.

My husband and I just purchased a beautiful, like-new used Avalon XLS with 53,000 miles for a fair price, from Ed. Rather then being stressful, the experience was actually pleasant. Ed allowed us to drive the car to our mechanic to have him check out the car before we bought it. Our mechanic told us if we didnt want the car, he, the mechanic, would buy it, because it was in such good shape. The process of negotiating and actually buying the car, which was immaculate and had a full tank of gas, took under a half hour. We already seen all the records from carfax that Wheels of Chicagoland had published online. The manual, etc, were in the glove compartment. The experience felt like we were buying a car from a trusted relative, whose company we enjoy. ---------------------------------------------------- We had dealt with Wheels of Chicagoland before, when we sold our Honda Fit. Jeff offered significantly more money than carmax and made the sale of our car a very pleasant, easy, experience. You will not meet two nicer, sincere, or honest men than Jeff and Ed. ONE PIECE OF ADVICE - If you are not familiar with the area where the dealership is, get directions from Ed or Jeff. Don't rely totally on your GPS.

Saw an Audi A6 online that I was interested in. Dropped by to see it, car exactly as represented in photos. No touched up picture. Believe me I looked a quite a few cars and many didn't look anything like the pics. Started car to give it a listen and made the purchase. Didn't even feel the need to test drive this car as it looked so good. The only down side I could see here is that they don't have much inventory so either the have something you're interest in or they don't. But you can count on a smooth, easy, NO B.S. experience and that's a huge plus for me. I loath the dealership experience.

We drove over two hours to look at a used car. And the car was exactly as they advertised! The whole process took minutes and ​we were off with a great used car. I would recommend Wheels of Chicagoland to anyone. First time we ever had great experience buying a used car.

They only sell cars from people they know so they get the complete history including maintenance and repairs. Very nice to work with and they really went out of their way for me. I highly recommend buying a car from them.
