Worst service !!! I had my car less than a month.. and they didn?t even service my vehicle before they put it on the lot.. so they sold me a certified... car without certifying it.. bought my car on August 17. .. they put it on the lot August 15.. I returned my car cuz they kept calling me and I was having loads of issues like the footrest pedal falling off and feel in front of my brakes and I couldn?t stop.. my car was there 4.5 months because they kept saying things were fixed and delivering the car to me and the next day I had to drive it back!!

BUYER BEWARE! I was a loyal GM customer for the last 30 years. This is my 4th new GM vehicle. This review is half Penske and half GM, but both deserve... 1 star. I leased a new 2019 Cadillac XT5 from Penske in October 2019. Within 7 days, someone hit the vehicle while it was parked. It has been at Penske Cadillac since then (3 months so far) and still waiting for parts. I sensed this coming at the 6 week mark when parts were missing ETAs and reached out to Penske, even asking about trading it in for a new one. Whatever the cost of a trade-in, I knew it would be less than paying for a rental car indefinitely. I am still waiting for a response from Clarissa and the manager. I won't hold my breath. Service after the sale doesn't seem to be important here. If you are thinking.." why don't they just give you a courtesy car?" I thought that too and inquired with Penske. I'll take the silence as a NO on that too. Currently, I've made 4 payments on a car I drove about 40 miles. I am also out of pocket over $3000 (so far) in rental car fees beyond what my insurance covered. There is still no ETA on the remaining part. I contacted GM thinking they would acknowledge the situation and do the right thing. Wouldn't you think its the manufacturers responsibility to have parts available for their cars??? I guess that's not their problem. I was told by GM customer care that there is nothing they can do for me. This response is completely lacking character and not what I expected from a brand like GM. SERIOUSLY THINK TWICE before buying (or even worse, leasing) any GM car. In doing research on lawsuits against GM, I found plenty of class action suits related to parts availability and recalls. Although not exactly what is going on with me, it displays the same lack of integrity as I've experienced. This is not the company I thought it was.

the Cadillac sections managers are seriously have a problems I lease or buy a car from Beverly hills Mercedes and I am never disappointed. this people... not treat the customer respectfully , paper work takes at least 4 to 5 hours they look at everybody like crooks.
