A few months ago at least a new ct4 2.0 turbo for 36 months and signed all that paperwork with the dealership Finance woman by the name of Rosa Ramirez and noticed a few days later that the lease contract page and charged me tax on top of tax in total and monthly which is illegal in Cali. I have been complaining to her and Wagner in finance and the GM Nico as well as the saleswoman weekly ever since to no avail. Rosa Ramirez won't even take my calls now or return my messages and the Cadillac Finance concierge people continually argue with me every month when I call in to pay my monthly lease amount all together blaming my city of San Pedro and or LA County raising local taxes which causes a breach of our contract which goes up by a few dollars every month. That is a breach of contract and I know from being an experienced litigator that you cannot sign away your rights in Cali. I made the monthly lease amount deal with the GM sales MGR Niko with a handshake but every month it is a few dollars more above $450 they agreed upon contract amount for 36 months. This is my first and only dealings with this Penske Cadillac dealership in Torrance and I will not go back until they abide by the agreed upon monthly lease amount. If not then I will have to file a lawsuit in the local Torrance courthouse. Is still no good and you should know that Penske Cadillac is right next door to BMW of Torrance dealership that also is Wheeling and dealing good deals on the beamers. Bob w of San Pedro.

Buyer Beware
I bought a used 2014 Yukon for my son . Six weeks later transmission went out. Penske quoted me $ 8,900 for a transmission. I am a long time customer who has bought , leased or been involved with 5 trucks since 2023 - after several calls to Penske and over a week with Yukon sitting in there yard they came back and said they can do replace transmission with a new factory transmission with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. I had to pay $5,500 to get my Yukon back. Cost plus 25% is what they said they charged me. I am still waiting for my warranty in writing - I have been a loyal client for years and I have all my vehicle leases coming due this year. Penske will not get that business. They were more interested in themselves instead of doing the right thing for a loyal customer with excellent credit , that would be turning in all his leases for new GM vehicles. Very dishonest dealership.

Rude staff , comes from leadership
They sold us a crappy car, we had to bring it back so many times for repair. Finally Cadillac contacted us for the lemon law - we are entitled to get a lot of what we paid for back- waiting for it to be processed. Our Cadillac broke down again, so we brought it back to this dealership and they were so rude - saying to tow it back to our house until everything is finalized. We asked to speak to the manager - and we had to wait so long. Manager is extremely rude. We are the ones that need to be mad for them selling us a crappy car. And now they don’t want the car here!?! But they are the ones that sold it to us. Do not buy anything from this dealership

Don't bother-very poor after purchase support
I was an out of state purchaser and I had to threaten to sue to get proper info to license my vehicle in my state. It was eventually resolved. I'm up against the wall again - my dealer info shows an incorrect mileage and that its out of warranty which is in error. My attempts to get it corrected have fallen on deaf ears. I'm so unhappy that I have to get angry to get this resolved.

Rude, Unprofessional, Inept.
Just outright rude. Found them after searching on Cars.com for a local, pre-owned Mercedes and was met by Arman who clearly lacked a natural call to 'sales' or even just a professional awareness and/or politeness. When asked to speak about a broken center console issue and the ability to have it repaired, the manager was even more rude and rather insisted it worked without attempting to look at it. I can go on and on...but buyers beware of the mandatory $2K in extras above the listing price for something called LUXCARE and EDGE GUARD (which neither had been done to the car yet they insisted in including the pricier Luxcare). And after asking about Luxcare and how it worked, youre handed a generic pamphlet ("it protects"). After being made to feel like a burden and unwelcome, i walked across the street to Volvo South Bay and bought a similarly priced vehicle that same night. Thanks, Penske Cadillac!

Worst Car buying experience
This has been by far the worse experience i have ever gone through in a car buying experience. i purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon with 75k miles. Only 1 owner - Vehicle was always serviced at GMC - No Accidents reported on Autocheck or Carfax . Within my first 30 days of having the vehicle, the car was taken into Service 4 different times. The day the vehicle was sold to me, the taillights were out. Isnt that a HUGE safety issue ??? (When you guys put these cars on the lot, do you guys not inspect them?) I pick up my car from service once the installation was complete to find out the power motor for the drivers window wasn't working correctly. Few days go by my Brake pump start vibrating when I would step on the brake. On my 30th day of having the vehicle my Transmission goes OUT !!!! Sure enough Sales Manger Ketty was looking for any type of way to get ME to pay for a new Transmission. Given the fact that I only purchased a full size SUV because I am 5 months pregnant with a 1 year baby. Not once did the Sale manager show any empathy towards my situation. Transmission gets replaced with ME having to PAY OUT OF POCKET. The day of the delivery with my new transmission, the middle console is not longer working . Of Course, the dealer wants me to pay out of pocket $700 to replace that too. I called Ketty, Friday April 23rd , it is now April 26th, i have not received a call from Him or his team. This was my first time buying a GMC, i would NEVER EVER EVER recommend anyone to buy one. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy any car from this dealer. They do not care about you once the sale is done. Ideally us customers go buy a used car at a franchise dealer rather than a independent dealer because they are known to provide better customer care, better quality vehicles, competitive pricing. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS DONE THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE !!!! At the end of the day ALL i wanted was a safe car to get my kids to their destination safely. Ketty and his SALES STAFF have failed miserably.
