Great professional service!

Had a last minute breakdown on my GMC Yukon Denali. The service department secured my vehicle to be worked on later that week and gave me alternate transportation to go on with my day. Later that week all repairs were made and I was back on the road! Thank you to the service staff at Bob Poynter GM, another great service experience.

Service

Got my Traverse serviced 10 days ago. I now have to go back to have them reset my oil change gage. Looks lovely ke it wasn?t reset but on my printout shows they did?

My car was taken in at the time of the appointment. The service department checked the car and then advised me of the needed repair. I was also given an approximate time frame. Repair was made in a timely manner.

You are not the customer they are looking for!

They post cars online that they don't have- We went to see a used car recently posted. They had to 'check to see if it was available'. The check and phrasing indicates this is not uncommon. They had not sold it - but it was moved to 'one of our wholesalers.' It felt like they don't know who they are marketing to: wholesalers or the general public. But it was clear when we arrived that we were at the back of the line while the wholesaler was at the front. (They didn't even try to remain in contact.)
