Got my Traverse serviced 10 days ago. I now have to go back to have them reset my oil change gage. Looks lovely ke it wasn?t reset but on my printout shows they did?

My car was taken in at the time of the appointment. The service department checked the car and then advised me of the needed repair. I was also given an approximate time frame. Repair was made in a timely manner.

You are not the customer they are looking for!
They post cars online that they don't have- We went to see a used car recently posted. They had to 'check to see if it was available'. The check and phrasing indicates this is not uncommon. They had not sold it - but it was moved to 'one of our wholesalers.' It felt like they don't know who they are marketing to: wholesalers or the general public. But it was clear when we arrived that we were at the back of the line while the wholesaler was at the front. (They didn't even try to remain in contact.)

poor customer service
went to look for a new car, person at main desk did not look at us or tell us that he would be right with us. another man came from his office on the left and watched tv but did not ask us if we had been assisted. another person also walked by and did not ask us if we had been assisted. needless to say, we left. what good customer service.

Made an appointment well over a week in advance for an oil change I was told it was scheduled for the next Tuesday at 1pm. After waiting 20min to check in was told they were short on help and it would be the next Tuesday. Wasted my time and day. I will not be returning for service or to buy a vehicle. I had bought 2 cars from them in the past and used the service dept but no more.

Fixed thermostat and now I don?t have air in the top vents! This was 2007 Trailblazer. This was 3/2/21. Last month mike Koester brought truck in and they rotated tires and when got home noticed 2 lug nuts were off Took to Columbus for repair.

Dealer great G.M. disappointing
The service dept. Preformed great G.M was disappointing the side detection module stopped being replaced in August my failure did not occur until Nov. With 25.00 relief out of 550
