Love this place and Steve! Steve always goes above and beyond and so does this dealership. Pretty sure we have bought all of our cars here and worked with Steve every time.

Tried to find a used truck. Salesman acted like I was a bother. Gave him an idea of what I wanted and he said don’t have it. That was it. Didn’t asked questions or for my info just in case he got something in. Terrible lazy sales.

Stopped in without an appointment and the service department took on my problem within minutes. They ran diagnostics and found the likely problem and repaired it.

Wasn't great when I came in. Sales were in the corner talking like they were too busy. After I approached the one young guy acted as if I was bothering them. Not professional at all.

Had a 10:30 appointment for a front end alignment. Over 2.5 hour wait and still not done. They didn’t even start my alignment until 11:45.... What’s the point of an appointment???? I had told them I had to wait for my vehicle and that I had to get back to work.... When questioned the service writer said “sorry, you’ll just have to wait”

Nice smooth transaction, from my first email until the arrival of the plates to the dealer. Glad that I was able to find a vehicle locally @ a fair price. Matt Seguin replacing the legendary Mike Tucker is as fine a salesman that you will find.
