I asked them if the water leak would be fixed and they

I asked them if the water leak would be fixed and they said yes but they didn’t tell me that there could be a possibility of something else they don’t see after they did me a quote for $12,000 worth of repair on my car I pick up my vehicle and it’s worse than it was before. Yes, the water pump is fixed, but I wanted the water leak to be done. If there was a possibility of another leak reoccurring I would have waited until I had the money to have a running vehicle or purchased another vehicle to get me to and from to work very disappointed I called and nobody has called to reach back out to me.

I have called and left a message with the department manager for repairs two times already and I still haven’t gotten any feedback not even a callback. This is the most feedback that I’ve gotten so far.

Only one word to describe gateway fargo TERRIBLE!

Only one word to describe gateway fargo TERRIBLE!!!!! I've gone through so much trouble with there service department average time for an oil change even with a 8am appointment is 6 hours then was charged 164$ to tell me nothing leaking for the bottom of my truck once they had me buy a brand new battery cause they said my other was bad yeah they was xx. Don't waste your time or money on this place.
