We were treated with great respect from the time we walked in until the closing of our purchase. Our salesperson was Rust Buesink , I explained what we would like to do and if he was willing to work with us we would definitely purchase from him. Rusty was kind, listened, and worked hard to make this deal happen from beginning to end. I also felt as though his manager Matt was easy to work with and was very up front and did not pull any punches. My wife and I appreciate everything that the Shults team did for us! We will definitely recommend them to all of our friends and would go back to them for future purchases.

I found a different car (same make and model) online and had done my homework with all internet tools. I was in no rush or pressure and only wanted a fair deal for the car I bought, fair price for my trade in and financing. My credit was not great, my trade in vehicle was not pristine and the car I wanted was available at many dealers. My salesman never made me a false promise but did his due diligence with his boss and kept it simple and clear. I feel I got a fair deal on my trade in and they matched the price I found for similar vehicle so I know I got a great deal on the vehicle and the financing was fair. I would recommend Shults Auto in Jamestown to anyone looking for car, you will get a fair deal and with honest and honorable professionals.

We recently bought a used 2012 Chevy Impala from Mike Short. We want to thank him for being one of the nicest and friendliest sales persons that we have dealt with. My husband and I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Impala from the Shults used car show at the Lakewood mall. We were very pleased with our salesman (Rusty). We felt we were given a fair amount for the trade in on our old car and were pleased with the price of the new to us car.
