Very personable and easy!

Very personable and easy! My Jeep was totaled and I needed to find something quickly for winter. I went to Kinstle because I trust the dealership and its reputation for customer service!

Great Experience

I called this dealership directly. Cory answered the phone and I asked about a specific car. He told me he would call back. After a long while, I gave up. But, at the end of the day, he called back and explained what had happened. The car I asked about had an issue. He told me that they weren't going to sell me a car that they weren't 100% sure about. He said they would discuss it the next day and get back to me. The next day we talked and they said they just weren't sure. I took a chance and drove over there (1 hour). I figured they had another car there that was right in the price range too. When I got there and we talked, I said I would take the car as is, and get it fixed through them. Because of this, they gave me a huge discount on the price. But, they also told me if the fix didn't work and it ended up being something worse, they wouldn't sell it to me. In the end, it all worked out fine. The fix worked, my son got a really decent car for a really great price, and they earned a customer and cheerleader. This place and these people are Top-notch! Go get a good deal and a small town feel.

CAUTION: Do not buy here.

I do not recommend this dealership. I bought a 2018 Ram 1500 truck there that is a complete piece of crap. When I test drove it, I noticed a vibration I the front end and they said they would take care of it. I went back the next day and was assured they took care of it. I drove it again and did not notice the vibration again. I drove the truck for a week and the brakes completely seized up in the front leaving me stranded on the road. I called them and thankfully they said they would take care of it if I got it fixed. But I had to pay the $90 tow to another shop to look at it and $100 to replace the hub caps that fell off. The shop looked at it and gave a $1,900 estimate to fix the damage. The dealership did not want to pay that, so they towed it back to their dealership and replaced the brakes. So now I am out another $150 for car rental. So here is the real kicker after all that BS. The Carfax states that the suspension was checked by the dealership and the dealership assured me they checked it out as well prior to me purchasing, but it was not. The truck still rattles so bad going down the road it is feels like it is falling apart. After having the tires balanced twice and new shocks put on the truck, I took it in for an alignment check. The front wheels are so out of alignment they can’t even align it because of severe suspension damage. So here I am with a truck you can’t drive over 45 miles per hour, and I was assured they checked it out. Now I am probably looking at $1,000 or more just to make it drivable. This dealership clearly knew what the problem was since they “checked it out” and did everything they could to hide the severe problem with this truck. Do not do business with these people.

drove 615 miles for this dearler and no regrets

Had the best service I could ask for. Came all the way from New York to Ohio just to buy my dream jeep. Ernie was amazing kept in contact with me for a few weeks and made the process easy. Super nice people and had a solution for every problem. Manager Dan was there when a problem came up. He drove to my hotel and had the problem fixed with the car in hours free of cost. I drove 615 miles to deal with this place and Don't regret one mile of it.

Ben Hoblet is the real deal!!!!

Came in for a used truck. Ben didn't have what i was looking for but within a day he had found what i needed. The truck came in exactly like he said and was serviced, detailed and ready to go within a day. This is my second purchase from Ben at Lee Kinstle and will always go back!!!!

Great service

Ben Hoblet was a great salesman. No pressure and a pleasure to work with. He did a great job step by step with the process. So did Tiffany. She was a pleasure to work with in financing.
