I needed a new car and didn?t have a lot of time before the holidays to finalize a deal. They had the vehicle in stock according to their website. I called and set a time to see my selection that same day. The process was quick yet thorough and I was very happy with the end result. The building was very clean and inviting from the sales area through the service department.

2017 GMP Serra Denali
I purchased a used 2017 GMC Denali Ultimate yesterday on 1/16/20 and overall I found Dave Wells and the rest of the staff I came in contact with to be professionally personable. My experiences in the local area dealerships were less than stellar, and Snyder Buick GMC in Napoleon Ohio made the 3 hour drive south worth the trip. I highly recommend this dealership and Dave Wells.
2017 GMP Serra Denali
I purchased a used 2017 GMC Denali Ultimate yesterday on 1/16/20 and overall I found Dave Wells and the rest of the staff I came in contact with to be professionally personable. 2017 Ford Expedition EL Limited
Snyder Buick GMC It is with great sadness that we feel the need to write this review. We purchased a used 2017 Ford Expedition from here roughly 90 days ago. The dealership purchases these vehicles through Enterprise. While we were happy with our experience at the dealership we experienced mechanical problems shortly after purchasing the vehicle. The rear differential failed leaving us without a vehicle that we just purchased. We purchased a third party warranty who reluctantly covered a portion of the repair. We have been without a vehicle for approximately 10 days. We called and talked to the dealer ship and asked them to cover $246.79 worth of the repair leaving our total to be $275.00. The warranty company picked up the other $1100.00. We thought a good dealership would step up to the plate and help out giving the situation. We called three days in a row only to never receive a call back from the dealership and when we got in touch with them finally they told us we were on our own that their accounting department couldn’t help out. We weren’t asking for much in our opinion on a $35,000.00 used SUV. This shows the true integrity of Snyder Buick GMC and we would not recommend purchasing any used vehicles from them. Oil change
Just took car in for oil change in early on way to YMCA in Defiance to work out. Left YMCA and my car was ready. That's good service.

Excellent Service and Buying Experience
