Had a front wheel hub replaced on my car due to traction control light coming on. Brought my car back in because the light was still coming on. They drove it around and said it didn’t come on for them. It’s came on several time since then so I have to turn off my traction control so it won’t come on and make a grinding noise It only happens when I start my car and back up and turn my wheel. When I start driving it doesn’t come on.

We were looking for a smaller truck for my husband and found a Nissan online at Steinle. The truck had just been taken in whether by trade or not, we don't know. It had not been looked at by the service center, we took it for a test drive and noticed a slight wobble, scratches in the drive side window and just the overall dirtyness (we heard that it was a work truck). We brought those items up with the saleman Jordan and he said there was nothing they could do about the scratches and he didn't notice the wobble and that they would "detail" the truck while we went to our credit union in Bellevue. We got back with the $16,000 cashier check and the truck was supposedly ready. The "detail" job was the worst I had ever seen and Jordan said his two best detailers were taking time off for the holiday weekend.

Got greasy hand marks all over interior of my cadillac escalade during my oil change. They did offer a detail because of it but im still not happy. The excuse was “hes new” well train your people better then.

Steinle in Fremont has always treated us well. I called on an afternoon with thermostat problems and they got me in the next morning and there was no charge as it was a recall. They gave me a loaner car, as it was going to take several hours. We have been working with Steinle for many years, and they have always treated us right!

Amber was so helpful and nice! She kept me informed about my car through the whole process, she showed me detailed information on the pricing, and she explained everything so I understood what I needed, she answered all my questions too. The service technician was very knowledgeable and left my car clean. Definitely a nice, knowledgeable, and respectful experience. I will definitely have my car serviced here again!
