Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership!

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

Big thanks to Carson and Nick who went above and beyond

Big thanks to Carson and Nick who went above and beyond to sell me my car!! Not only was I out of state and had a trade in but Carson figured out how to bring the car to me and picked up my trade all at once!! He did this all while being sick and having to do some work from home! Thanks also to Charles for getting the car to me safe and sound!!

So I was looking at 2024 gmc Delia dually with 26,000

So I was looking at 2024 gmc Delia dually with 26,000 miles , I’m out of state price was decent when I got this truck it was missing the entire tailpiece off the exhaust , front tires are cupped on the inside front end alignment is off one of the back dual tires has a huge plug tried to contact them about this , service manger is the only person I have talked to , 2024 Delia dually from them is not a gm certified vehicle , 2024! So three tires have to be replaced , front end has to be aligned haven’t been able to my sales to respond at all , general manger not at all , I was told they did a oil change I checked oil is black as coal air filter is full of bugs and has to be replaced , the window tint is to dark and won’t pass inspection and I can’t get my plates so far I’m 2000.00 out of pocket to get a 2024 legal to drive and safe , worst experience I have ever had with any dealer ship and it’s still not done after a month never again bunch of no good , Do not go there !

Found vehicle online checked for availability. Dealership called me instantly said pickup is available for price as listed online. We drove over an hour to dealership. They quoted us a price for $11000.00 more then “Patriot Internet Price” and REFUSED to give us the $2500.00 GM Loyalty rebate that we qualified for!! I asked multiple times to speaker with the manager and or owner but he did not have the decency to show his face and speak with me!! How cowardly and a total lack of morels!!!! They’ve been reported to the BBB and a complaint has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission and with the GM CEO!! When I contacted the Chamber of Commerse I was told they have had SEVERAL complaints about this dealership. They false advertise to lure you in and they are Liars!!! Don’t waste your time. Go to a dealership that respects you and appreciates your business!!

What a horrible dealership, if they send out lies in a promotional ad, then you know they have no problem lying to you about a car, will never go back to this dealership and don’t recommend it to anyone looking for honest morals from a business.

Where do I start?

Where do I start? This dealership is one of the most down to earth businesses I have delt with in Ardmore. They strive and worked hard to make it work for me to leave out the door with a set of new keys not a used car. They promised and made it work and I'm just absolutely happy with Country. Country really took good care of me and listened to me, he treated me like family and listened to all my concerns and needs. He took his time with me and went over every detail throughout the process. The guys in the back crunched up exactly where I wanted to be with my payments. The finance guy who finalized the sale was absolutely amazing, hilarious and outstanding with time. The receptionist was super kind and thoughtful and I wished I got her name but she got me starburst to help me with my blood sugar because I am a diabetic and my sugar was low. They all are a wonderful staff and I am absolutely happy with my experience and Patriot. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!
