Poor Service

Today once more the service department has failed again and it will be their last chance at me. If you called days in advance like I have every time and make an appointment for service you could count on your vehicle being serviced and ready to go with in an hour. That’s the time they have quoted me every time. This morning my appointment time was 7:30 AM when they open. When I return at 10:00 they had not even pulled it in. Same stunt they have pulled on me before. I was taking my vehicle because I needed it and I was unhappy but would have went with my mouth shut until! The tall young guy with the beard start running his mouth 7:30 was the drop off time. I explained to him when I called for an appointment the lady told me 7:30 was an appointment time and the guy continued to argue I was wrong. If I had employee like this guy, they would be FIRED.

I was at a rock and a hard place but Jacob was the best car salesman I've ever had he didn't rush us, or push us into a car he listened to every concern now I'm driving a caddie 😍

If zero stars were possible, I actually ordered the car

If zero stars were possible, I actually ordered the car through GMC and this was the closest local dealer. I have placed a deposit with GMC for a new truck. I was told by patriot that I would receive the truck in June 2022. When June came I called the new car manager and received no call back. On the third call to this individual, I asked that if he was not available that I speak to the manager and of course he took my call. He told me in the car would be in in the next two weeks. It is now October 2022 and I received a text message from them that asked me if I still wanted to order the truck? I explained in the text message that I have not had a good experience in my experience. I received a call immediately from the dealership and attempted to relay my experience. I was abruptly told well if you don’t want the truck then goodbye. Hands-down the worst car experience I’ve had in my life. This is a $90,000 truck that I am the kind of guy who can give you the money today. I have never ever ever in my entire life experience such a terrible customer service or experience. Addendum: I am updating the review to two stars because the general manager did call me and explain some of the issues at the dealership. He assures me that I will have the first truck that is available that I want. When this happens I will be happy to update this to a five star review because that will it be the ultimate service.

Usually would pass up on giving reviews, but Bernie at Patriot was one of the most genuine sales managers I have come across. He could have easily ignored my concerns, but he went the extra mile to ensure that the deal was closed and that all parties were satisfied with the outcome. Communication is key, and even on the busiest of days, he found time to follow up. Every promise he personally made, he kept.... and these days, that's rare. Would definitely recommend him to any one near that location. I drove from Dallas if that tells you anything!

These people don't do what they say I paid for my car

These people don't do what they say I paid for my car Wednesday and i won't get my car until Monday and the car they sold me after inspection they couldn't give me and had to sell me a completely different car worst experience ever!!
