    I purchased a vehicle from Central Houston Cadillac in April of 2020. I live in Florida and flew all the way to Texas to make a purchase on this vehicle.... Prior to flying in, I made sure at least 10 times that I had the walk out the door number prior to purchasing my plane ticket as they knew I lived in the state of Florida. They ensured me that it would be the final price. Long story short, I fly in and love the vehicle. When it comes to signing the paperwork, I am given a price approximately $400 higher then to what I was told 10 times. I am clearly upset and I asked to speak to a manager. The manager is rude and tells me there is nothing he can do because they "priced the vehicle to low ($50,000) to begin with." I ended up purchasing the vehicle and love the vehicle, but I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by this dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Absolutely the worst dealership ive ever dealt with. Salesman literally raised price over advertised price. Then says "save more money and call me back"... .Cant believe Cadilliac hasnt pulled thier license yet.

    Jenny Mendez followed through with everything’s promised! I do not like car dealerships nor do I like dealing with car salesman. From beginning to end... what Jenny promised is precisely what happened. If you do not like dealing with car salesmen or unfulfilled promises with “secret” charges at the very end of you sale, this is who you go to! Also the guy in financing made me able to finance the remainder of my car when even my own bank denied me!

    Bumper was painted 11 months ago. General Manager stated that it was chips from rock. I asked for the seat molding to be put back on. I asked for the... car to be washed. I asked for them to check out my windshield wiper that was not checked. Sewell Cadillac is above all the rest, especially Central Houston Cadillac.

    Went to look at a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Test drove it. Went to run numbers and then they say theta is a $5000 mark up from the advertised price.... Excuse me? You're advertising s certified vehicle at $30K to bait and switch your potential customers, when in fact it costs $35K. Sales man was courteous and helpful but the management is shady as untrustworthy. I'll never buy a car from them. Your character is all you have Central Cadillac!!!

    This has to be the worst dealer experience I've ever had !! This dealer cares more about the mighty dollar than taking care of a customer , they will quickly... kick you to the curb for a few extra bucks , doesn't matter if you had already agreed to a deal ! Never again will I ever deal with this group again and I suggest you do the same !!

    They don’t include the reconditioning or certification fee in the price for their cars. I called and spoke with the customer relations manager who told... me all of the fees are listed out under each car. Well, that’s only true if you shop their website. Otherwise, if you use Cars or Autotrader apps, the price is always wrong by at least $2000 to $4000. Stay away from this place. No other dealers falsely advertise like this.

    Dealer advertised a new 2018 demo. We made an inquiry as to whether available. Internet manager said it was and we drove 45 miles Saturday to see it.... Got there and were told it's in the "body shop". They then tried to sell us a much more expensive one. Typical "Bait & Switch" tactic. We wasted several hours on a Saturday afternoon on this. Oh, by the way, the vehicle is still being advertised. Won't be a dealer I will ever go bask to
