Dealer advertised a new 2018 demo. We made an inquiry as to whether available. Internet manager said it was and we drove 45 miles Saturday to see it.... Jenny Mendez followed through with everything’s promised! I do not like car dealerships nor do I like dealing with car salesman. From beginning to end... what Jenny promised is precisely what happened. If you do not like dealing with car salesmen or unfulfilled promises with “secret” charges at the very end of you sale, this is who you go to! Also the guy in financing made me able to finance the remainder of my car when even my own bank denied me!

I purchased a CPO vehicle from this dealer. The first issue was the price online did not included their added fees, one of which was called "Recondition... Fee", a flat fee, with no details on what was "reconditioned". Along with this fee, I would assume everything would have been refreshed, tires, repairs, or anything other normal wear items which would need "reconditioning". In my case, I was unable to inspect much of those items due to rain on my purchase date. However, when I got home, I heard a weird noise when shutting the car off, I also took a look at my tires and saw they were almost bald in the rear (2/32 and 3/32). Not only were the tires not reconditioned, this is below the required CPO minimum of 5/32 in order to certify the car (CPO fee is separate). I took the car to another dealer for the certified repairs which included electronics under the hood and a broken suspension peice (luckily covered), but I had to fork the money out on tires which should have been done to begin with. I question how much of their claimed "172 Point Inspection" was actually done if they sell a CPO vehicle which couldn't even pass Safety Inspection. I decided to buy used this time and now I feel foolish to believe they cared about the used vehicles they sell, but I mostly find it appalling that they mislead customers on their prices to get them on their lot, take the benefits of CPO vehicle, and leave GM to pay the repairs which they should have done in the first place as part of the certification agreement.

I picked up my vehicle today from Chris at Central Houston Cadillac after having it there for 12 days (September 21-October 2). I was told on two occasions... that they were waiting on a part. I was also told that they were backed up. Today after being extremely patient I finally received my vehicle. The vehicle showed 99% on the oil change. According to my odometer my vehicle was driven for 30 miles from the date I dropped it off for service to the time I received it back. That does not seem normal for a test drive. I also noticed that the alignment was not on point. The Lane assist did not react when I drifted into another Lane. To make things worse my driver alert package seems to have been disconnected. My seat does not vibrate to alert you of a potential collision. Normally when pulling into my garage the seat will vibrate if I am close to the wall. Instead of vibration from the seat I heard a beeping sound. It appears that the wrong seat was ordered and placed in my vehicle. The service rep had the nerve to ask me for a positive review and said that we need them. He texted that if my review was not positive to please not comment at all...really?!?! The service department had my vehicle for 12 days and it was returned incomplete. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. If my vehicle is to be held I need a vehicle similar to the one that I own. Please fix this issue.

Made appointment with dealer to see Certified Pre-Owned car advertised on Cars.com and other places. After test driving, the dealer increased advertised... price by $4000.00 to cover CPO. We asked about purchasing the car without the CPO warranty at the advertised price, but dealer stated CPO was required. Go somewhere else. Other dealers I’ve dealt with since do not play this game. Very deceptive.

I was looking for XT5 2017 price of $29000 demo car So I drove down to dealer and asked the sales man brought 2018 XT5 to test drive so we did But I wanted... great discount I asked him 2017 model he told me sold out then I was upset I was trying to leave he stopped me and told me he found the keys I was waiting again 10 minute later he told me he doesn't know where is located This dealer cheats customers becareful!!!!!

3 new 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury listed on cars.com. When you go to purchase one, all you will get is "sorry, that one is sold and gone. We can get... you a 2018 for 42k for a demo"- not a new car but a demo and at $10,000 more than the cars they have listed. All 3 cars were sold more than 4 days ago- probably weeks ago, but they are trying to bait you into going to their dealership. Do not do business with these people- they have the ethics of a shady used car lot. I have talked with 2 people to bring this to their attention and nothing has been corrected. I was told a manager would call me back but 3 days later and I have talked to a manager. Complain to Cadillac and the BBB if you experience the same as I did, these people don't deserve to be in business- Listing 3 new 2017 Luxury XT5s for 33,180 to 35,410 when all you can get is a 2018 at a special price of $46,000.

This place screwed me over. I went in looking for one things and walked away with a car twice as expensive as I wanted and said I wanted to spend. I... had total buyers regret that night I was home and couldn’t sleep. I came back first thing the next morning and told them I can’t do this used car but I’d be happy to purchase a less expensive one. They would not let me return the car I purchased the night before even though is was 14 hours ago. They said I would have to trade it in. Then offered me 6,000 less then I paid for is 14 hours earlier. I spend the whole day there and not once did I get to speak to a manager. Did I screw up yes, but have some remorse. Then to screw me out of 6,000 dollars for a car I bought 14 hours earlier. All you had to do was cancel the sale the day before or give me back close to what I wait for. Don’t believe the used car prices they show on the internet either. They will add a 2,000 dollar reconditioning fee and 3,000 used certified fee. If you lucky and complain enough you might get the reconditioned fee taken away or in half.
