I purchased a vehicle yesterday 04/25/2026, I take responsibility for reading the paperwork in detail the selling price was 28k for a 2023 XT 4, the used car salesman Carlos, I told Carlos I wanted a price under 30 k , he showed me the vehicle that I purchased that was 28 and change, I made the deal and signed the paper work. I was home when I reviewed the paperwork in detail they had the sale price at 33k. unless this is made right. I guess this is a lesson learned. I wont be back to that dealer. transparency was lacking I was being trusting in what was agreed.

I bought 2 different cars at this dealership in a 1 month span of time , the first one I bought in December 2025, and I traded it back in before ever making 1 payment because the cari purchased in December had over 5000 miles scratches and windshield damages that we could not see in the bright sunlight the car did not look new or smell new or ride new so I ask for a new deal and to their credit I got a new deal on January 3,2026 I bought a new Cadillac CT5 black 2026 ,however the dealership back dated my warranty paperwork to show i bought this new car in December 2025 why ? I don't know. What I do know when I tried to get my GAP refund money $1300.00 back they told me the lender had it , they originally told me they would look into my then they stopped talking to me , for more than 2 weeks, I would call and they would say the sales manager was not available until finally the receptionist went to the manager and told him I was on the phone and wanted to talk to him and he told her to tell me the dealership did not have my GAP refund money call the lender. The moral of this report and the ratings I gave this dealership of 2 stars was based on the fact they love you when they are selling you one of their overpriced cars but if you need them after the sell beware in my opinion and I still don't know if all of the 5 different warranty i bought will be backed by this dealership so buyers beware. Mike seems like a good person however i think his major problem is he does not follow through when he tells you he will get a answer and get back with you he doesn't do it. I tried to get in touch with him by phone by text this is after i went to the dealership and talked to him in person.

Alvis has been taking great care of my Cadillacs for over 15 years and he has always done a wonderful job. He’s professional, polite and always makes sure I am taken great care of too- either at the lounge upstairs or with a loaner car. I highly recommend Alvis to take care of your Cadillac too!

These guys are very slick. They pretend that they are family people and combat veterans and that they care about all these things but they are xxxx bags. They convinced me to buy an extended warranty telling me that it covered everything. The sales rep said I could cancel anytime in 30 days and get a full refund. I agreed to the $4,000+ charge and he rolled it into my loan. Within a week I had issues with the suspension and wheel bearings, which Mr. Castillo specifically said were covered. They are not. The warranty was fake. I immediately canceled. I canceled within 10 days of buying it and well within the 30 days. I was told the warranty was canceled on 12-7-25 and that the $4,000+ would be credited to my loan amount. Well, it is March, 2, 2026 and nothing has credited. I did get a notice that my warranty was canceled but the loan continues to accrue interest on the $4,000+. The dealership does not return my emails or phone calls. They basically stole over $4,000+ from me. I have now retained an attorney, at more expense, who told me he has seen this before. He feels confident we will get the money back plus legal fees.

Had to call and text advisor several times with no response, I did not get a response until I called and asked for a manger. The manager took action and finally got me the answers I needed. I have never experienced this before at this dealership and it was not a great experience.
