Very nice guys!
Very nice guys! However I called a couple of times about a vehicle and was told it was a “salvage title” They told me on the phone it had a new front bumper. No problem I’ll check it out. It may be repaired and fine. I drove an hour to get to Spanaway on my day off and the salesman said this vehicle had a bent front wheel. I drove it a mile and yeah, it was banged up pretty bad. He said the guy talking to me was an admin guy and apologized and said the vehicle was way worse than stated . Hey mistakes happen. Days later I see the ad up as if it was A-ok. So even after I left this was how they advertised an unsafe car. I wasted my day off to go see this undriveable car. Buyer beware - after these guys I’m only doing private party. Done with dealers. Be careful with maple leaf auto in Spanaway.

Great customer service made car buying fun again!
I have been attempting to purchase a used car for a great deal for the past three months. I now have (unwanted) firsthand experience with the liars of the used car dealer industry in this area. Jeb, however, at Maple Leaf Motors in Spanaway, WA, was immediately responsive to my financial needs as well as my desire to purchase a vehicle that will hopefully last me far into my senior years. He let me test drive a couple of vehicles, and has offered to let me test drive a more that I have my eye on. He has been honest, up front, about everything, and I am relieved. Also, he has not been pushy either, but rather has just let me decide what I like or don't like. It's something I truly value in people who sell. And, he has been patient with me, which has eased my apprehension of even looking for a car! The back up crew had each vehicle ready for me to drive and made sure there was fuel in the tanks--so worrying about gas turned out to be the last thing on my mind, unlike many of the dealerships I had been to. Although a purchase is still in progress, I feel that, FINALLY, there is a dealership that actually cares about what is important to me. If I can find a vehicle there that fits my high expectations, I definitely will buy from them.

Great Experience
Went to Maple Leaf Motors and had a very pleasant experience. The cars were clean and the staff were very helpful. Drove a few cars and ended up driving one home.

In short but honest and simple both gentlemen were polite and straight forward. Much more can't be asked for. Give business to your local economy and let them thrive too.

Removed my battery
The engine had to be replaced after replacing everything under the hood with brand new parts. While at the dealerships repair shop it was totaled during test drive. Insurance stated my new battery had been remove. My son in laws tire caps ( green Granada ) were removed as well. Wasn't able to see under the hood. I have the receipt for both items. Sure I'll never be paid. The car was locked in a fenced yard. They over charge and your positions could end up missing.We were told it's against the law to remove things.

Out with the OLD in with the NEW!!
I was really in need of a new car.. Didn't have the best credit and didn't have much of a down payment. But they did a great job getting a single mother a reliable car that I really enjoy.
