Completely satisfied! Service and Parts departments are great to deal with and provide excellent customer service. My Sales Associate is the best and provides great insights and information on my next purchase.

The was a major issue with the car that the tech noted

The was a major issue with the car that the tech noted but the service person made no mention of it or called before to see if I wanted to have issue corrected. Instead, my son drove the car off the lot, had to bring it back in and lost a day of work because the car wasn't available

We brought our Edcape in to take care of a couple of

We brought our Edcape in to take care of a couple of recalls and as long as the car was there we had it detailed. The Escape looked like it was brand new. Very happy with the service and the service team.
