They Made it Happen!!!

They made it easy!

I knew what I wanted and knew the numbers I needed to be at make a deal. They made it easy. Super fast, set up the financing with the Credit Union I always use, no games.

Great Experience

Dan was great to work with. He made my car buying experience extremely easy. He asked all the right questions and narrowed down my search efficiently. He kept in constant communication throughout the entire process. We will be looking for another vehicle within the next year and will definitely be working with Dan again.

Best Chevy Crew

I have purchased trucks every 2 years or so and this sales team and dealership is by far the best I have dealt with so far. Not only were they the best team, but they also pay top dollar for trade in, give good advice about purchasing/financing and have better pricing than the competition. I would send everyone I know to this dealership.

Very professional and accommodating. No pressure.

We've been watching the Traverse market for weeks. Ewald had a new arrival that beat everyone within 150 miles of Appleton. I started out talking with Kristen Ludtke, she made sure everything was in place for us. Great communications, and very accommodating. We drove down from Appleton to see the car. It was so new it hadn't even been detailed yet. The Traverse was in excellent shape, and was the best value around. Dan Neuman went out of his way to get the car detailed so we didn't have to make a second trip. He even went out into the shop and helped. Charlie Ericson really made things happen with financing and an extended warranty. No pressure, very respectful of our time and wishes. I will definitely let friends know to check out Ewald. Thanks!

Opinion

The finance guy was pushy on the extended warranty even after I said no. The sales guy definitely knows his xxxx but is a little arrogant. Keep saying I’ve been doing this for 20 years so I know.

Damaged vehicle

Do not go here. I do not recommend this dealership/Service department! Took my car in for an oil change last Friday. Service workers damaged my vehicle with multiple scratches/gouges on the side door. They did not report the damage to me. Instead, attempted to cover up the damage with unmatching touch up paint. I Left a message with the manager the same day of the appointment, still have not received a phone call back almost a week later.
