I was very happy with the service at EVS.

I was very happy with the service at EVS. Jeff, the SA, was very attentive and professional. Everything was done promptly. Kendal in parts was very helpful and spent extra time looking up what I needed for the car. :-)

Recently we purchased a vehicle from EVS.

Recently we purchased a vehicle from EVS. We'd like to give a shout out to Terry F. / salesman at the Saukville Store. Shopping for a vehicle has never been a favorite of ours. Dealing with Terry made our experience a pleasant one. He is honest and knowledgeable. - Not pushy. He patiently explained all the features and "extras" the vehicle has! The whole process was seamless! Highly recommend him if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I leased a new 2024 Chevy Silverado May of 2024.

I leased a new 2024 Chevy Silverado May of 2024. On November 27th 2024 the transmission went out with only 7100 miles. The service department @ EVS Chevrolet/Cadillac in Saukville, Wi picked up the vehicle and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts from GM. Parts were very difficult to get as they were on backorder. Randy Schuller (service advisor) stayed in touch each week that went by, and I finally got my truck back on February 25th, 2025. Hats off to the entire service team as well as the General manager of the dealership. I highly recommend this dealer and their 5-star service department to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!!

After buying my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 and having it

After buying my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 and having it for about 10 days and after washing it. And finding A dark spot about the size of a nickel and other numerous paint defects along the whole passenger side. Beware evs does not have a collusion center/saukville, so they referred me to a other Chevrolet Dealership? Which in the end I feel like they were just passing the buck but they were the dealer who made the bucks on the sale. So I would think twice about buying a vehicle from this dealership. That would be like buying a vehicle with not having a service Department I purchased my truck in April and it is August and I'm still battling with another Chevy dealership that made the repairs or I should say tried to make their paint repairs and made it worse than what it was And now I'm battling with GM warranty Which is a real nightmare! I'm on my fourth caseworker And also working with the bbb and really getting nowhere.. Beware, new vehicle workmanship and quality has gone Alt the window, but the prices are insane...

All I can say, is Terry Flaherty, is the Best !

All I can say, is Terry Flaherty, is the Best !!!! He didn't hesistate not even for a moment to find me the " Best Price" on my vehicle. And I love it, my car, great color, great interior. barely any flaws on it, being *used* ! Terry always responded to my texts, immediately. I may even buy another vehicle. The price$$$$ was so so so * Nice * . Just like the experience I had dealing with all the staff at ERIC VON SCHLEDORN. *****CHEVROLET***** Give this Man a RAISE <<<<<< !

For several years recently, I was taking my GM product to a younger great mechanic who had his own shop. His expertise was perfect and was very reasonably priced. His schedule soon got pretty heavy and I needed something done sooner rather than later - he recommended EVS in Saukville. Turns out he was trained at that EVS. I've been going to that EVS ever since. Mechanics are awesome! Service advisor wonderful! Cashier and office staff are the best! Customer satisfaction totally great! 217,000 miles and going strong. THANK YOU EVS!
