Bought a used Jeep today. I made it clear that I was the one writing the check and buying the jeep yet they put my husband’s name first never asked. we were given two fobs for the vehicle one of which doesn’t work at all. When I went back they told me I’d have to go somewhere else to get the fob fixed and then confessed that they probably never even checked them. it is certainly not the company it used to be when the father owned the business very disappointed, used to be one of the best companies to buy cars at. we have a lot of kids and plan on buying a lot of vehicles will mark this company off our list of places to buy vehicles. I understand their Cadillac dealer, but they took in the trade and should know about it or at least have checked out the things on it to make sure they were working honesty goes a long way when it comes to sales

Worst dealer ever. Tried to buy a vehicle out my credit app in. Came to an agreement. Banks closed so they’d call me the next day. I asked if I had to put a deposit down. They said no. It’s yours. We moved it to the back. Wake up next day no call until I realized it was 1pm my time. I texted my sales person to have the finance guy call. He called. Made a pitch on the fly to get a lower rate if I spent 4k on a gm warranty. I said give me a minute to think about it. Well 30 min goes by I wanted to do it. Texted my sales guy to have the finance guy call me. Then the sales guy says he sold it. I got made said some choice words which I regret. But this is the worst way to treat someone. And please do business elsewhere. Liars

I always bring my car to this dealership. Jeff my service advisor is caring makes sure the car is up to speed. I like the way he checks to make sure there are no recalls are on my car. I bought my car somewhere else. But I love coming to eric von schledorn. For my car to be serviced

Got back to me on a timely fashion and unfortunately I didn’t get the check in time I wasn’t able to purchase the vehicle in time from them because insurance was running slow. Otherwise it was a great experience and he got the information I was looking for.

I recently purchased a chevy Silverado 1500 from this dealership and I can't say anything bad about this dealership they worked with me and I think gave me a good deal and I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
