We also understand that your disappointment in feeling that our follow up did not match the level of service you expected after purchasing your dream car from us. While we are grateful to hear that you are enjoying the GR Corolla itself, we regret that this issue left a negative impression on your experience with my team. That was never our intention. For context, replacement fobs are typically much less expensive than what dealerships often charge retail, which is part of why we regret not resolving this sooner before you incurred the $630 expense.
