We went in to see about trading my 2014 Equinox for a newer model and was very pleased with the trade deal they gave us. Ryan Sagert was extremely helpful with everything, he worked with us on our time schedule and made us feel like we were important customers. Ryan's customer service skills are top knot he works with you like you are his family.

A lot of broken promises and 2 used cars that should have been junked and demolished.

I was looking to purchase a hard to find 2023 GMC Canyon. I contacted Devin Knapp and he said they had one in transit. Later that same day, he called me and said it just arrived! I was very happy to hear that and set up an appointment to see it .I had a 2019 Silverado to trade in and they gave me top dollar for it. I made the purchase a week later on the Canyon, and ordered another Canyon that same day with Devin's professional help, and can do attitude. I will be back to pick up the new Canyon as soon as it arrives! It was a very pleasurable experience, and will highly recommend Devin and his team to others seeking to purchase a vehicle!

I highly recommend finding another dealer to do business with. I gave a deposit on a vehicle only to be called 30 minutes later that someone else was driving in to see the same vehicle and they had to allow that person the chance to see it. The other person didn’t have a deposit on it. The sales manager Luke was beyond unprofessional and unethical.

Don't go to Sheboygan Buick GMC. They have a now haggle pricing on their vehicles, but will definitely rake you over the coals on your trade. NADA trade in value on my vehicle is $10,775 in poor condition, $12,500 for fair trade value, and $14,000 for good condition. I would rate mine based upon the NADA description. They offered $10K for my vehicle after I drove 350 miles. They wouldn't give me an offer without seeing mine. Everyone I met with couldn't believe how good condition mine was in. I feel like the finance guy purposely misled me to get me to their dealership so that they could lowball me on my trade because he didn't think I would walk away. Even when you know the value of your trade to do not expect Sheboygan to offer you fair money. I learned my lesson and walked away. Kept my cashier's check for the difference between their vehicle's price and fair-trade value for my vehicle.

I had the good fortune of working with Greg Place. He made buying this vehicle truly easy. My husband passed away in Nov so Greg guided me through this process making this very easy for me.. I felt very confident leaving your lot with my Trailblazer. Kudos to you for a staff member like Greg.

I worked with Brian Garcia to purchase a used Silverado in march. Brian was very easy to work with and the transaction was quick and smooth. Fast forward to July and I had a mechanical problem. Once again, Brian and the team at Sheboygan Chevrolet were very easy to work with to get it fixed. I was given a loaner car on very short notice. The repair was covered under warranty so I owed nothing. Amazing experience and I would highly recommend this dealer for all your car purchase and service needs.
