Had issues with vehicle, took it in. Still had issues got pissed off and never called back to explain problems. Eventually called service manager and he was extremely helpful and we are addressing the problem now.

I had an easy time working with their courteous, professional staff on a purchase handled entirely over the internet and by phone. In buying a vehicle that way, a dealership's excellent reputation is reassuring. There were other dealerships offering similarly priced vehicles and services, but in the end this dealership's reputation was the deciding factor for me.

The team at Sheboygan GM went out of their way to find my truck for me. I was kept informed throughout the process. I enjoyed the very low pressure approach that was taken and felt like the team truly listened to my wants for my next vehicle.

Requested a thermostat change and a oil change because I...

Requested a thermostat change and a oil change because I rec'd a code on my car from the check engine light. I already had the code answered somewhere else - just wanted thermostat and oil change. Dropped my car off to get a call 3 hrs later that they found approximately 5-6 things wrong with my car and it would come to over $1,000.00 to repair. I said stop because all I asked for was oil change and thermostat to be replaced. Well needless to say I got stuck pay $137.15 bill for them to do an inspection of my car versus doing the repair that I asked for and when my car went to another auto repair shop they fixed the thermostat and the list of items that sheb chevy stated were wrong with my car..... LIES - there were no other issues. Trying to pull the wool over females eyes..... They should be ashamed of themselves - NEVER AGAIN and you can bet my family will never go there again either.

People are nice but wish they could fix my jeep. My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee stalls when I drive it. So unsafe. I wish they could fix it. I am to the point to get rid of it . I have bought a suburban and a GMC Acadia from Sheboygan Chevrolet with limited problems. Frustrated to the point to go back and buy a Toyota or Honda . I don’t know how you can sell these used cars with these issues. Andy P.

Had an appointment for my car to be worked on and they didn't honor the appointment. I wasted an entire day of vacation from work hoping to get work done on my car. Very disappointed.

Luke Danduran was great to work with. I called him, or he called me for 3 straight months at least weekly...during the whole-- order to taking delivery process. Walked me through from start to finish, kept me updated, and followed through on pricing with no surprises. I had a million questions and requests during that period. Luke always answered promptly and with no complaints (I called alot). Paul form finace was also great to work with over the phone. I live 2hrs away and this whole process was over the phone or email. Steve Dewey was great to work with as well. Walked me through everything and was super easy going and knowledgeable. He even followed up that night, and the next few days after I purchase. Great team y'all have there. Thanks!
