These guys are great!

Jason and John went above and BEYOND during the Coronavirus Situation to make sure I was comfortable during the shopping and purchasing process. I got the exact truck I wanted and I am very pleased overall! I will look to these guys first next time I need a new vehicle. Keep up the great work!

Very easy experience

Nice car, no pressure. We reached a deal quickly and there was no nonsense. Quick easy paperwork and we were on our way. The website was easy to use and the salesperson communicated quickly.

Super Nice People! Very Nice Trucks!

I found Thiel Motors online and was very interested in a Chevrolet Silverado I saw online. I made the 2hr trip down to see the truck. Although I drove and liked the truck I saw online, I absolutely fell in LOVE with a truck they had just gotten in from Texas. I purchased the truck, they helped me with financing and warranty. I worked with Jason, but also met the owner John Thiel. Both guys were extremely nice. They have a very nice facility with a great selection on inventory. I am glad I drove down and found my dream truck.

Purchased 2015 Ford F-250. Nice Truck!

We found a truck that would work for our cable company. We called Thiel Motors and spoke with Jason. The truck we inquired about was from Texas, which intrigued us as we wanted something that didn't have rust. Jason assured us that the truck was very clean and rust free. After driving approx. 3 hours we found the truck to be exactly as he promised it would be. We had a great experience and plan to check with Jason the next time we need another company truck. We checked out the impressive classic car collection they have while Jason printed our paperwork --- what a very nice group of people and very nice selection of southern trucks and neat cars!

Great Service Department!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Thiel's for service for MANY years! They have always treated me very fair with appointment times, price of repairs, and free loaner vehicles. I highly recommend Scott the service manager if you call to make an appointment.

Buyer beware

Well first of all, I am dumb. Should have checked car out and not listened to a car salesman, lies, deception and denial. I was told there was no rust, no leaks and no problems. The person who sold me the was nice until the car was delivered. I knew the car was old some there was going to be some issues, so I was not blind going into deal. When the car was delivered there were no reverse lights, driving the vehicle there was a diffident problem with the transmission. (I was told on the phone that the car had been driven several times and it ran great). Found out after having two transmission experts look at car that it was going to need about $2500 in work. I reported this to the salesman and asked the Owner to call me, Over 4 times asked and never happened. I found rust in the floor pans, radiator, battery area and various other places. The stereo did not work, the battery will not hold a charge for more than two days. There is oil leakage by the oil pan there was no dust cover over transmission bell housing. Suspension was old and needs a complete rebuild. Now if it was just a one or two small things ok, but not all this. After some texting of problems I called, first thing out of salesman mouth don't you know that this car is 46 years old! Second thing was you never once have told me thank you selling you the car! I also mentioned again that there was no reverse lights and he said we don't need them in our state! No empathy, no lets work this out, only everything is my problem now. He told me that since I did not play the role of grateful, please help and thank you for selling me that car he did not think owner was going to help me. I asked for him to give me a call but he was to busy. When I again texted with the damages on transmission they said they would send me $1250. Then said I should leave a good review! So the story does not end oh no! I gave instructions by phone and email on the two choices to send the title, instead 10 after sale it was sent to the wrong address to the bank parent company, after being told it had been sent correctly to the right address. Neither address have the title, the correct one or the wrong one or to me. It has been almost a month the car is in the shop, can't drive, can't title it and the repairs to make it drive worthy is close to $3500. So if you are going to buy a used car, especially a older one, pass on it and save yourself some grief and lots of money. I would give them a negative 3500 hundred stars but one plus can be used. I have photos, email and text documentations for all that has been stated above, except phone conversations. Buyer beware.

Yanked the keys from my hands

Had the car pulled up for us, we went for a test drive. Upon return he asked how it went, we started to say great then when we asked about the amount of rust on the bottom Jason yanked the keys from my hands and said I'll let you know if we get one with out it and started to walk away. We kept trying to engage in conversation about cost, the complete lack of respect and the amount of attitude that we received (after he knew we drove 5 hours to look at this, AND after we put a deposit on it) was just flooring. He nearly pushed is out the door, but he turned around to put his pizza back in his mouth and back on his phone. So incredibly rude. We had cash in hand, not even a need to finance. I would stay clear of this place, or at least Jason.

Dealer does not stand behind their word

Purchased a vehicle from Thiel Motor Sales on July 18th. Picked up vehicle and talked with Jason Deadlow directly about anything that was wrong prior to leaving. He advised me that there was a minor repair on the remote start and they would ship me the part. However when I took the truck to my local mechanics they found that there was $6,000.00 worth of repairs and the part they sent is not even a problem. After reaching back out to Jason(three quotes later) about them standing behind there trucks and fix the repairs he had a rude attitude ,laughed and told me "That wasn't going to happen". I would advise any future purchasers that you have your own inspection done PRIOR to buying especially from Thiel Motors.

Great Family Owned & Opperated Dealership!

I've bought several vehicles from John Thiel and have been treated amazing on every deal! Their no-pressure environment makes for a very easy purchase. I have also had them service my vehicles after the sale and I received the same level of service! Great family owned & operated dealership!

Thanks For The Great Experience On My Recent Purchase

Great place to do business. Very honest and straight forward. I've know the family for many years. And this was my first purchase and I am very pleased. They represented the vehicle very honestly and had everything ready at my arrival.
