Paolo was our salesman and he was beyond helpful, kind,
Paolo was our salesman and he was beyond helpful, kind, and easy to work with. I had been talking to Rachel through emails and she set everything up for us, as far as what payment we wanted. She got us just we asked for. We then went to the dealership and Paolo helped us with the rest of the way. He showed us the truck, ran numbers for us and made it work so that we got the payment we asked for. This was my sons first experience buying a new car and it could not have been a better experience. The manager there also came out to talk to my son and be sure he understood everything about the lease. I thought that was awesome. There was at no time any feeling of being rushed, or being pressured to buy the truck. We went home to talk about the payment and 2 days later bought the truck. I WOULD RECOMMEND ADVANTAGE AND PAOLO TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A CHEVY TRUCK.

Absolutely no communication between the service department, other sister dealerships, and the representatives. On multiple occasions I am told one timeline and plan accordingly for that, and then I show up and the work has not even been started. Sitting in the dealership for hours on end on my only days off of the week is not only disrespectful, but unprofessional. I would rather people tell me it’s going to take longer rather than just sit in the lobby until I complain enough for someone to do something. My time is one of the most important things to me, and to have this issue over and over again is beyond frustrating.
