LOF took far less time than estimated with a full multipoint inspection and wash - great service

I took my Forester in for his regular oil change/tire rotation; the service man informed me one of the battery cells wasn't checking out the way it was supposed to so they would attempt to recharge it but if it still wasn't working right (it wasn't), they would replace the battery (they did)! He also told me it appears the windshield wipers have never been replaced and they seemed to be doing a streaky job. He also had all three windshield wipers replaced...l at NO CHARGE! (The car is still under warranty). I cannot ever remember such great service at a dealership and I was impressed nearly speechless.

I have been buying cars and getting all of my service done at Sommers Subaru for 20 years. The service department and sales personnel are always friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. They have coffee and other drinks available while you wait and there are always cookies to munch on - really good! Whenever I need a loaner due to long waiting times, they always provide me with a clean, generally newer model vehicle to use. I have purchased other vehicles from local dealers and Sommer's is the top dog as far as I am concerned. I wouldn't go anyplace else.

Purchasing a 2019 Subaru crosstrek with and for my daughter was a great experience. It was my daughters first time dealing with someone in sales. Usually a typical person selling cars has a habit of coming on strong with a sale. Not Sommers and not Don Ciardo, ( sales rep my daughter had). Don was a dream to work with. The service department is awesome and very personable. Explaining everything that was done to your vehicle and always friendly.

I went in never having a Subaru & Craig was so awesome at being detailed orientated with all the cars. He never pushed me into buying anything. They ran numbers for me & made sure it was in my price range that I wanted & were very honest from the start. I came back 3 days later & got the car I wanted (the last Forester on the lot actually!) I’m so happy with how everyone was & had a way better experience than from my previous dealership.

I trust Sommers and feel my vehicle gets the best service at Sommer's.

All of the staff at Sommer's treats me very well. Service writers always explain any repairs needed and the overall condition of the car.
