I had a bad rattle in the dash of my 2018 Subaru Forester. Ken the service man took me for a ride to find the problem and we returned and he took my car and fixed the problem and again he took me for a ride to see if the noise was gone and if i was happy with the results. PLEASE GIVE KEN A BIG THANK YOU FROM ME!!!!! A GREAT MAN IN YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot begin to describe what a great job Sommers does when it comes to customer service. I brought my car in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I expected to wait a little and happily sat in a clean and calm waiting area. I was greeted by staff who made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Upon completion of service to my car, apologies were made for the time it took but truthfully I didnt even notice as I got so much of my own work done while waiting. I was pleasantly surprised that there was not only a verbal apology for the time ( which I never got at the two previous dealers who serviced cars I owned) but a financial apology too( which was unnecessary but I was grateful for). I would recommend Sommers to anyone looking to buy a car and a I would encourage then to have their car serviced there too. Truly first class customer service!
