I visited Sommer’s Automotive with my mom, not intending to purchase anything, but just to test drive a few Subaru’s to see what I liked and what I didn’t. We met Steve Hanke shortly after arriving; he was very friendly and extremely helpful. He talked with me about my interests and helped me figure out a model that would meet my current needs and fall within my price range. We spent a little over 2 hours test driving, right up to closing, and Steve never once lost patience with us. Throughout our time that night, Steve never appeared pushy or desperate for a sale; he was very knowledgeable, respectful, genuine, and honest, with a great sense of humor, and our time spent with him was never awkward as test driving can sometimes be. The next day, I drove home in my new used Crosstrek thanks to Steve and I couldn’t be happier! If you want a great car shopping experience at Sommer’s Subaru, I highly recommend asking for Steve Hanke. You absolutely will not regret it!

Purchased our first Subaru in July of 2016 from Sommer's. The salesmanship and service were top notch and we couldn't be more pleased with Adam and the Sommer's team of experts. We will be back to purchase another Subaru as soon as we've completed payments on our current vehicle. We've already referred friends who were so impressed they purchased from Sommer's as well. Being a family of 6 I’ve Bought and sold my fair share cars and trucks. I have been misinformed, lied to and had broken promises from all kinds of dealerships. I have never had a dealership to call my own. I’ve always wanted a place I could continue to go to throughout The years. We stopped in at Sommer automotive in Mequon & met with Craig Knabe. He was very pleasant and professional. I could tell he was not going to be one of those salesman that told you what you want to hear. He was very truthful and far from pushy . After all was said and done I purchased the car I have wanted for a very long time! Thank you for the phenomenal deal on my Nissan juke 💕 I love it! But most of all thank you for giving not only myself but my family a dealership to call home!

Joe was fun and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured, in fact Joseph was very patient with me (which probably wasn't easy, he really went the extra mile for us). He's followed up with me a few times since my purchase last year to make sure everything was good, and even noticed I was in for some scheduled maintenance the other day and followed up to make sure it went smoothly. I've even recommended Sommer's to some Subaru owning friends for maintenance, the service pricing was lower than expected, and the service was fast with none of the "oh, you need this extra work" that you can expect from private mechanics.

If you want an average car buying experience, don't call Craig! If you want an EXCEPTIONAL car buying experience, don't call anyone else!! To say I did my research before buying my new car would be an understatement. I poured through articles and watched about every YouTube video I could find to reinforce my decision to buy an Outback. I test drove some cars locally (Appleton) and contacted many dealers for some internet pricing to get an idea where to start more serious conversations. I was extremely fortunate to be contacted by Molly Berg, of Sommer's Customer Care Department. Molly was professional, courteous, prompt and friendly!! She answered any question I had with lightning speed, and returned my phone calls promptly and with a refreshingly positive attitude to boot!! Once I decided to drive 1 1/2 hours to visit Sommer's she also knew that Craig would be the perfect Salesman to put me in contact with. I arrived at the dealer first thing Saturday morning and met with Craig. We took a couple different vehicles for test drives and walked the lot talking about difference between models. Craig was patient beyond my expectations, allowing me time to think over each step of the process, and NEVER pressured me to make a choice. After much thought and deliberation we came to an agreement and shook hands to seal the deal. I had to return to pick up my new car a week later, and Craig came in several hours early to make sure he was there to deliver the vehicle to me personally. He walked me through all of the features of the car and made sure I didn't have any questions. He allowed me to inspect the vehicle and made sure all of my concerns were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. After another hand shake and some good-bye's I was off in my new Outback.... I know this review is lengthy, and could be longer actually, but I needed to make sure that Craig and Molly got the recognition that was so well deserved!! Thank you both for showing me that buying a car can be a fun and enjoyable process!! Oh, and the hugs were nice touch as well!!

We were very happy with our experience at Sommers Subaru. Joe Natoli was very patient and not high pressure at all. He went the extra mile for us to get a car we wanted in our budget. Helping us explore alternative options to get as close to what we wanted as possible. As it turned out, we couldn't pass up all the wonderful options on the touring model of the forester and that is what we bought

I enjoyed working with Joe to purchase my new Subaru. He was very knowledgable about the different models, and took me through the various models and engine/trim options for the models that interested me. After that, we went on a test-drive. Joe is easy-going, and never pressured me to make a purchase. He answered all of my questions, and when I was ready to make the deal, he worked with the Sommer's team to get all of the paperwork handled without any issues. I highly recommend Joe and the Sommer's team.

Joe was fun to work with. Listened to what I asked for and did not get pushy on the things I didn't want. Great place to buy a car!
