I loved working with Craig. He worked hard to ensure that I was in the right car, but he also spent time connecting to me as a human being. I felt afterwards that he was not just my dealer, but also my friend. In fact, when I go back in for service we make it a point to catch up for lunch or just a quick chat. He helped me navigate the car-buying process with ease, and even more impressively, when I was looking to later sell my car to my girlfriend in a desire to minimize my life, he sent me a guaranteed quote that I could use to make sure the dealings were fair. We currently own a Legacy and an Outback and purchased them both from Sommer's with Adam as our salesperson. The experience both times was wonderful. It was hard to even consider other makes/models since we knew that we would walk away from Sommer's feeling great about our purchase. Adam is completely transparent through the process and informs rather than influences the customer's ultimate decision. We have thoroughly enjoyed our Subaru vehicles and I believe that part of that enjoyment is due to the initial experience. I feel confident that we will return to Adam and Sommers for another vehicle in the future.

Sales representatives like Joe Natoli are hard to come by in the car industry. Not only is he thorough and professional, he’s just a nice man with an honest and genuine disposition. Suburbs are fantastic cars but without people like Joe, I wouldn’t necessarily be being them (just picked up #5). I appreciate the way Sommers does business and will always go back to them.

I was given uninterrupted attention during each visit to Sommers Subaru while shopping for a new vehicle. Features of each model were clearly explained and I felt comfortable asking questions. We worked with Brandon and he was wonderful! He's got a good sense of humor and is pleasant to be around. We were supposed to pick up my car at the end of April, but we worked around our schedule and allowed us to pick up the car earlier than originally planned. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were in and out within an hour and a half. Paperwork went smoothly with Rod from the finance department and afterwards Brandon gave me an in depth tour of the car, making sure I was comfortable with all the features and buttons. On top of that, Brandon was very involved after I purchased my lease, making sure that I wasn't having any troubles with my car and offering additional help if I had any questions. Overall my family and I had a wonderful experience here and we will be back!
