We have purchased 7 vehicles from Jeremy at Sommer's as the needs of our growing family have changed over the years. We have always found their service and attention to our needs to be exceptional. I am still amazed by the deals I have found in their used vehicles and will continue to come back for more!

I recently purchased a Tribecca from Joe Natoli and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. I wasn't sure when I went into the dealership if I wanted new or used vehicle, however Joe was very patient with me during this buying experience. He showed me both new and used vehicles and after several test drives, I finally decided on a new car. I very much appreciate the fact that he was not aggressive in his approach. So often, I dread going into car dealerships because so many salemen/woman are so pushy. Joe seemed very knowledgable about the vehicles! He was also very friendly and trustworthy. What can I say, It was a great experience and I truly enjoy my vehicle. Great job Joe!

This was my first buy from Sommers, I was recommended through a friend, and I must say the service and sales people were more than helpful. My trade-in was a 2001, and wow have times change. I couldn't believe all the technology in cars now-a-days. I can't remember his name but the day I picked up my car he took time and explained all the functionalities of the vehicle to me. Over the last 24 years I have owned 6 Subarus and worked with 4 different dealerships in the Milwaukee and Kenosha, Wisconsin, areas. I therefore feel well qualified to write a Subaru dealership review. I'll lead off by saying that none of the other dealerships I've experienced even approaches Sommer's commitment to quality customer service, both in the service shop and on the sales floor. I am pleased to give Sommer's my highest recommendation. And it would please me even more if I could give Aaron Hammel an even higher recommendation than that. I have worked with Aaron exclusively on the purchase of three Subarus from Sommer's. Each experience was better than the last. The most recent purchase was under rather unexpected and unfortunate circumstances. At the end of July this year, I traded my 2011 Outback Limited for a new 2013 Outback. The car was less than a month and half (1200 hundred miles) old when I was rear ended in stop-and-go traffic by a fully-loaded semi doing 50 to 50 MPH. Without going into the details of the hardship this caused both my wife and me, I'll simply say that Aaron took care of everything "on the car end", from arranging for a rental to working with the insurance estimators and the salvage yard to finding an identical replacement. Knowing him as I have for three years now, I would have expected no less. To me, Aaron epitomizes the term client care. He prides himself in doing what's right for the customer, building relationships, and valuing loyalty over the long haul. Add to that that he is highly experienced and knowledgeable, and you have a sales person you look forward to working with. Aaron is the main reason I will continue to give my business to Sommer's. He has my admiration as a professional and my thanks.

I have bought 2 Subarus through Sommers both with George Katsafanas and couldn't be happier. There are 3 Subaru dealerships in the Milwaukee area and I checked out the inventory and spoke with salesmen at all three. George was by far the most down to earth and friendly of all I talked to. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock at any location but George found one for me 3 states away. He responded fast and got me the car I wanted. One of the other dealerships finally responded to my vehicle search- a month after my car was already delivered. Awesome job George!

We just purchased a 2013 Outback 2.5i Premium. This is our first Subaru as we normally buy Toyotas. George K was our sales person. I initially met him months ago and test drove a 2012, but decided to wait for the 2013 models. He did an excellent job explaining the car and handling all of my questions. I am a very demanding customer because I a fanatic about my cars. There is a dealer closer to home, but the overall positive impression we got from George and Aaron (when George was not there) makes up for the distance. There was no pressure during the sales cycle and we took a lot of time making up our mind. The price was the best one we could find.

Aaron Hammel called me as soon as he received the car he knew I was looking to purchase. It was perfect! I lived out of state and needed the car shipped to me. Aaron took care of all the details and my new car arrived at my home! It was the most pleasant experience I've had buying a car. Buying a a car can be such a painful process but not at Sommer's what a breath of fresh air...
